The room is fully equiped with a bed one big shelf for books or clothes, a wardrobe, a big secretary with a chair, plus another comfortable chair ideal for reading. It has all the essential things you need and it is very cozy, plus it has a window to the backyard.
The house is located 200 meters from the train station and 5 minutes away from ALDI and 7 min away from NORMA. Close by you have Furth's main square and you can find two gym's, a mall and numerous stores.
In the flat live two German girls, Caro is studying Marketing at FAU and is now writing her master thesis and Katharina that works in Erlangen. We are a relax WG that occasionally have food together or share some drinks on the weekend. We respect each others privacy and have a weekly cleaning schedule.
I am renting my room in Furth since my internship is over at the end of this month.
The rental is for 5 weeks, as the room is promised from the 7th of December.
