I hope you are staying healthy.
Starting from 05.05 a room (13 m^2) is available in 2-room apartment at Studentenhaus Domino which is located just 1 km from TUM Garching.
The room is fully-furnished (see photos). The room is very bright because there is a window and a balcony. From the window you can already see TUM university. The room is located in the student dormitory which makes it perfect for studying purposes. Stove in the kitchen was renewed in November 2019. In the bathroom a bathtub (Badewanne) is available. The surroundlings are very quiet. Near the dormitory there is a park which is perfect for jogging, walking.
In summer you can even grill on the balcony and watch the sunset while drinking a beer.

Lidl and REWE are 5 mins from the dorm.
U-Bahn station Garching is located at approx. 1 km distance from the dorm.
You will share the kitchen and the bathroom with another student. He is german and is currently a student of LMU.
KVR is possible. For long-term rent.
