A room is available in a 3-floor house in Garching for long-term starting March.
The room is spacious and furnished with a double-bed, desk, two desk chairs, closet, cupboard and multiple shelves.
The room is on the 2nd-floor, where there is another room and a bathroom shared by two people only (including you).
preferably you're a working professional or a Phd student and should also be okay with no parties in the house
The house is located in Garching, , 7 minutes from Garching U-bahn station. The neighborhood is very calm and safe.
There are also multiple bus stations around . All supermarkets ( Rewe, Penny, Lidl and Rossmann) are only 10-15 minutes away on foot. The Isar and Garchinger lake are 25-30 minutes away on foot as well.
We are mostly internationals and the main spoken language is English/German. We are all tidy and sociable. Starting in March, the homeowner will be moving in, so you'll be sharing the space with him and his son, who is currently recovering from schizophrenia. His son will only be living there once he has fully stabilized.
The house is big that's why we divide the chores among us on a weekly basis. The kitchen and the living room are on the ground floor and they are fully equipped. There is a also a washing machine in the basement.
There is also a garden in the ground floor.
The room is available for long term.
