Ich werde kommendes Sommersemester ins Ausland gehen und suche für diese Zeit einen Zwischenmieter. Die Mietzeit lässt sich bei Bedarf verschieben (spätester Einzug 01.03.25). Gegebenenfalls lässt sich der Auszugstermin ebenfalls verschieben.
Das Zimmer befindet sich im Keller eines Einfamilienhauses, es ist möbliert mit Schränken, einem Schreibtisch und einem Einzelbett. Küche und Bad werden mit dem Mitbewohner geteilt. Die Küche ist ebenfalls ausgestattet. Es muss also nichts mitgenommen werden. Internet und Waschmaschine&Trockner werden auch angeboten, jedoch nicht inklusive in der Miete.
I will be going abroad next summer semester and am looking for an interim tenant for this time. The rental period can be postponed if necessary (latest move-in date 01.03.25). It is possible to negotiate a later move-out date as well.
The room is located in the basement of a one family house, it is furnished with several wardrobes, a desk and a single bed including the mattress. Kitchen and bathroom are shared with the roommate. The kitchen is also equipped. So you don't have to take anything with you. Internet and washing machine&dryer are also offered, but are not included in the rent.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Bushaltestelle Untere Straßäcker, wo auch direkt Supermärkte sind. Zu Fuß ist die U6 in 15 Minuten erreichbar, gleiches gilt für den Garchinger Campus der TUM.
The apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the Untere Straßäcker bus stop, so are the supermarkets for convenient grocery shopping. The U6 underground line can be reached on foot in 15 minutes, as can be the Garching campus of TUM.
Der Mitbewohner ist ein Masterstudent an der TUM, es wird harmonisch miteinander gelebt, d.h. jeder räumt hinter sich auf, aber man wird definitiv nicht gezwungen gemeinsam etwas zu unternehmen.
The flatmate is a Master's student at TUM. He can speak German, English and Chinese. We live together harmoniously, i.e. everyone tidies up after themselves, but you're definitely not forced to do anything together.
Der Vermieter legt viel Wert auf Ruhe und Ordnung. Insbesondere sind keine Partys erwünscht.
The landlord attaches great importance to peace and order. In particular, no parties are desired.
