A very nice, clean, spacious and comfy room equipped with a bed, (which can be a double bed), a study table, a chest of drawers (three big drawers), bookshelf and a TV. It's very bright. The windows are equipped with blinds. The room is on the second floor (no elevator). A shared bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, lavatory, and a toilet. There is a separate guest toilet. A shared kitchen is very well equipped (toaster, microwave, oven, cooker, fridge, coffee machine, dish-washer).
This rent price is for the whole period, or 380 € per month.
The room is in Gerbrunn and within a walking distance to University campus Hubland (15 min). In front of the building, there are a bakery, a pharmacy and a hair-dresser. Lidl, Rewe, and Aldi are 10 to 15 min away.
A bus stop (bus 14 - to the Wuerzburg city center) is only 10 min away. The bus goes every 20 min (from 8 am till 9 pm, before and later more rare) with the exception of Sundays and state holidays (on 30 min, during the day).
We are a late-30s couple, who likes to travel and get to know new cultures, customs, countries, and people. The room is a part of our flat where we live with our two cats (which do not go outside). We are very friendly, and hospitable, but we also ask our guests to behave respectfully.
