In your freshly painted room, you live on newly sanded parquet flooring. A large window overlooks the communal park surrounding the house. Your room is new and fully furnished (bed, writing desk, closet, bookshelf, couch, chest of drawers, etc.), so you can make yourself at home right away.
Bharti (f, 30) is from India and works at the university. She will move out in February 2025 so you can choose your new roommate. Important to us are reliability, cleanliness and a respectful co-living so everybody feels at home.

In deinem frisch gestrichenen Zimmer wohnst du auf neu geschliffenem Parkettboden. Aus einem großen Fenster schaust du in den gemeinschaftlichen Park um das Haus. Dein Zimmer ist neu und vollständig ausgestattet (Bett, schriftlich, Kleiderschrank, Bücherregal, Couch, Kommode, etc.), sodass du es dir direkt gemütlich machen kannst.
Bharti (w, 30 Jahre alt) kommt aus Indien und arbeitet auf der Uni. Sie wird im Februar 2025 ausziehen, sodass du deine:n zukünftigen Mitbewohner:in selbst aussuchen kannst. Wichtig sind uns Zuverlässigkeit und Sauberkeit und ein respektvolles Miteinander.

By bus (1-2 min walking distance, line 14 and 34) you can reach the university at Hunland in 10 min, the city in 30 min. By bike you’re even faster - 5 min to Hubland, 15 min to the city ;-)
In walking distance there’s a bakery (3 min), pharmacy (3 min) and various grocery stores (Lidl, Aldi and tegut within 7 min).

Mit dem Bus (Haltestelle 1-2 min zu Fuß, Linie 14 und 34) bist du in 10 min an der Uni am Hubland und in 20 min in der Stadt. Mit dem Fahrrad schaffst du es auch in 5 min ans Hublanf und in 15 min in die Stadt ;-)
In Laufnähe findest du einen Bäcker (3 min), Apotheke (3 min) und Supermärkte (Lidl, Aldi und tegut je 7 min).
