Ab dem 01. Februar ist ein Zimmer in unsrer WG frei:
Das Zimmer hat ein Fenster mit Blick im Innenhof (Richtung Norden) und ist ca. 20 qm groß. Die vorhandenen Möbel (Kleiderschrank, Bett, Matratze, Regal, zwei Kommoden, Vorhänge) bleiben im Zimmer und müssen abgelöst werden.
In unserer WG findest du alles, was du für ein angenehmes Wohnen benötigst: zwei Badezimmer mit zwei Duschen, ein zusätzliches Gäste-WC, eine Waschmaschine, einen Geschirrspüler, eine großzügig ausgestattete Küche mit zwei Kühlschränken (und ganz wichtig: Kaffeemaschine und Kaffeemühle) sowie ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer (mit Couch, TV und eine Nintendo Switch).

One room in our shared flat will be free from February 1st.
The room has a window towards the back yard and is about 20m big. It is fully funished (closet, bed, mattress, 3 shelves, chair, desk, curtains) and the furniture has to be paid as well.
There's everything in our flat: 2 bathrooms with 2 showers, 2 toilets, washing machine, dish washer, big kitchen with all kinds of tools and a fridge as well as a comfy living room.

Unsere WG befindet sich zentral im schönen Gerbrunn, direkt gegenüber dem Rathaus. (Die Lage in der Karte ist leider nicht korrekt.)
Zum Einkaufen gibt es in der Nähe ein Lidl, etwa 7 Minuten zu Fuß. Eine Bäckerei befindet sich fast vor der Haustür und ein Dönerladen ist 5 Minuten Fußweg vom Haus entfernt. Für die Liebhaber*innen der italienischen Küche - das Restaurant gegenüber vom Haus macht die allerleckerste Pizza und Pasta.
Die Verkehrsanbindung ist gut und man fährt in die Stadt mit dem Bus (Linie 14) innerhalb von 15 Minuten.
