Bei uns in der WG wird ab dem 1. Mai 2025 ein schönes helles Zimmer frei!
Es befindet sich im 1. OG eines Reihenhauses. Im gleichen Geschoss befinden sich zwei weitere Zimmer und ein Bad mit Wanne, Dusche, WC und Fußbodenheizung. Außerdem haben wir ein zweites Badezimmer sowie ein separates Gäste-WC.
Das komplette Haus ist schön renoviert und erstreckt sich über drei Stockwerke und Keller.
Der Bodenbelag in deinem Zimmer ist in einem freundlichen Holzoptik-Design. Vom Zimmer aus hast du direkt Zugang zum Balkon (10m²) und freien Blick ins Grüne, um die Seele baumeln zu lassen.
Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich auch eine Küche mit allem Komfort, den man sich wünscht (Gefrierschrank, Spülmaschine, ...). Die Küche wurde komplett neu renoviert und ist weniger als ein Jahr alt.
Den Feierabend kann man gemütlich auf dem Sofa im Wohnzimmer oder bei Abendsonne im Garten verbringen.
Auch eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner sind vorhanden!
Unsere zuverlässige Putzfee kommt einmal in der Woche und putzt die gesamten Gemeinschaftsräume!
Das Zimmer ist derzeit mit schönen Möbeln ausgestattet (Fotos folgen). Die Möbel sind recht neu, in einem guten Zustand und sogar im Mietpreis mit dabei.
Die Miete beträgt 760 € monatlich – alles inklusive.

In our shared apartment there is a nice, bright room available from May 1st, 2025.
It is on the 1st floor of our house. On the same floor there are two more rooms and a bathroom with a tub, shower, toilet and underfloor heating. We also have a second bathroom with a shower.
The entire house has been beautifully renovated and extends over three floors and a basement.
The flooring in your room has a friendly wood look design. From the room you have access to a huge balcony (10 m²) with a nice view in the green to let your mind wander.
On the ground floor there is also a kitchen with all the comforts one could wish for (freezer, dishwasher, ...). The kitchen was fully renovated and is less than a year old.
You can spend the evening comfortably on the sofa in the living room or in the garden in the evening sun.
A washing machine and dryer are also available!
Our reliable cleaning fairy comes once a week and cleans the entire common rooms!
The room is currently equipped with beautiful furniture (photos will follow). The furniture is quite new, in good condition and included in the rental price.
Rent is 760€ per month – all utilities included.

Germering liegt im Landkreis Fürstenfeldbruck am Stadtrand von München. Hier kann man die Kombination aus vielen Freizeitmöglichkeiten (z.B. die Seen in der Nähe) und Stadtnähe verbinden.
Die S-Bahn Station und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten erreicht man in 5 Minuten zu Fuß (Gehtempo).
Mit der S-Bahn ist man in 8 min in Pasing, in 20 min in der Innenstadt und auch gleich am Münchener Hauptbahnhof. Auch zu DLR bzw. nach Fürstenfeldbruck sind es nur 15 Minuten.
Unser Haus liegt schön ruhig in einer Seitenstraße und dennoch sehr zentral .

Nach dem Motto: Alles kann, nichts muss!
Wir sind aber keine Party-WG, da der Großteil von uns am nächsten Morgen schon wieder früh raus zum Arbeiten/Studieren muss.
Wir kochen ab und zu gerne zusammen oder genießen die Sonne im ruhigen Privatgarten, aber es besteht absolut kein Zwang.
Dadurch, dass das Haus auf 3 Etagen plus Keller aufgeteilt ist, hat jeder auch genug Privatsphäre.
Das Haus verfügt über drei Badezimmer: eines mit Badewanne und Dusche, ein weiteres mit Dusche sowie ein separates Gäste-WC mit Waschbecken. So kommt man sich auch morgens nie in die Quere.

According to the motto: Everything can, nothing has to!
But we are not a party flat, as most of us have to get up early the next morning to work / study.
We like to cook together from time to time or enjoy the sun in the quiet private garden, but there is absolutely no compulsion.
Because the house is divided into 3 floors plus a basement, everyone has enough privacy.
The house has three bathrooms: one with a bathtub and shower, another with a shower, and a separate guest toilet with a sink. So even in the morning rush, it never feels crowded.

Unsere Küche wurde erst vor weniger als einem Jahr komplett renoviert und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum Kochen braucht – inklusive Spülmaschine, Gefrierschrank und viel Stauraum.
Im Garten gibt es außerdem einen Grill, den wir gerne an warmen Tagen nutzen – perfekt für entspannte Abende mit leckerem Essen!

Our kitchen was fully renovated less than a year ago and is equipped with everything you need for cooking – including a dishwasher, freezer, and plenty of storage space.
There is also a barbecue in the garden, which we love to use on warm days – perfect for relaxed evenings with great food!
