Das Zimmer ist circa 14qm groß und man schaut direkt in den Garten. Da ich mein Zimmer zur Untermiete anbiete ist es möbliert, du musst also nichts mitbringen. Zur Verfügung stehen ein 1,40m Boxspringbett, ein viertüriger Kleiderschrank, eine Kommode, Wandregale als auch ein Bücherregal. Die WG verfügt ebenso über eine Waschmaschine und eine Küche, in der alles was man braucht zu finden ist. :)

The room is approximately 14 square meters in size and has a direct view of the garden. Since I am subletting my room, it is furnished, so you don't need to bring anything. Available are a 1.40m box spring bed, a four-door wardrobe, a chest of drawers, wall shelves as well as a bookshelf. The shared apartment also has a washing machine and a kitchen equipped with everything you need. :)

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in Gießen. Eine Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Haustür die zum Bahnhof und Oswaldsgarten führt.
Du brauchst zu Fuß ca.
- 5 min zum Döner Dreieck
- 5 min zum THM Campus
- 10 min zum Berliner Platz
- 10 min zum Seltersweg
Mit dem Fahrrad geht es natürlich noch schneller, hierfür haben wir auch einen separaten Fahrradkeller oder um die Ecke eine Nextbike Station. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind wegen der zentralen Lage alle leicht zu Fuß erreichbar. In 5-10 Minuten ist man beim Rewe und Lidl.

The apartment is very centrally located in Gießen. A bus stop is right in front of the house, which leads to the train station and Oswaldsgarten. It takes about:
- 5 minutes to walk to Döner Dreieck
- 5 minutes to walk to the THM Campus
- 10 minutes to walk to Berliner Platz
- 10 minutes to walk to Seltersweg
Of course, it's even faster by bike, for which we have a separate bike cellar or a Nextbike station around the corner. Due to the central location, all shopping facilities are easily accessible on foot. In 5-10 minutes, you can reach Rewe and Lidl.
Ich, Tessa (23), gehe zum Sommersemester ins Ausland und vermiete deshalb mein Zimmer unter. Ich wohne bereits seit 2 Jahren mit Fulya (29) zusammen und Anfang des Jahres ist Emma (20) zugezogen. Fulya arbeitet Vollzeit im Hybridformat und schaut gerne Trash TV. Emma (20) studiert Lehramt (Kunst/PoWi), ist gern draußen unterwegs, macht gern kreative Sachen & ist immer zum quatschen in der Küche zu haben.
Das Zusammenleben war immer harmonisch, gerne unternehmen wir was miteinander oder quatschen in der WG Küche. Wichtig ist, dass die WG sauber bleibt und es während der Woche nicht zu laut wird, da Fulya eben arbeitet. Der Putzplan funktioniert bei uns wirklich gut und es ist uns wichtig, dass regelmäßig geputzt wird. Wir haben Dinge wie Putzmittel, Waschmittel, Gewürze, Zewa etc. immer geteilt und nachgekauft nach Bedarf und führen dementsprechend keine WG Kasse.

I, Tessa (23), am going abroad for the summer semester and am therefore subletting my room. I have been living with Fulya (29) for 2 years already, and at the beginning of the year, Emma (20) moved in. Fulya works full-time in a hybrid format and enjoys watching trash TV. Emma (20) is studying to become a teacher (Art/Political Science), enjoys spending time outdoors, likes doing creative things, and is always up for a chat in the kitchen.
Living together has always been harmonious; we like to do things together or chat in the kitchen. It is important that the apartment stays clean and that it doesn't get too loud during the week since Fulya works. Our cleaning schedule works really well, and it's important to us that cleaning is done regularly. We always share and restock things like cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, spices, paper towels, etc., as needed, so we don't have a communal fund.
