Es gibt auch einen Keller für zusätzlichen Stauraum und im Gebäude befindet sich ein Fahrradabstellraum.
Das Zimmer ist vollständig möbliert, einschließlich eines 140x200 cm Bettes, Sofa, Schreibtisch und Kleiderschrank. Alle Möbel müssen gegen eine faire Gebühr übernommen werden.

The apartment includes a shared bathroom with a shower and washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a built-in kitchen unit, dishwasher, fridge, oven, and other appliances. The windows face south, bringing in plenty of natural light, and overlook the inner courtyard, making the apartment very quiet. There is also a basement storage space and a bike storage area in the building. The room is fully furnished with a 140x200 cm bed, a sofa, a desk, and a wardrobe. All furniture should be taken over for a reasonable fee.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Innenstadt – super zentral, mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und einer sehr guten Anbindung: 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Busbahnhof, 7 Minuten zum Bahnhof und 10 Minuten zum zentralen Campus der Universität. Es gibt auch eine sehr gute Anbindung an den Nord- und Zentral-Campus sowie an das Klinikum und das MPI.

The bus station is only a 5-minute walk away, the train station is 7 minutes away, and the main university campus is reachable in 10 minutes on foot. There is also excellent connectivity to the central and north campus, as well as the university hospital (Klinikum) and the Max Planck Institute (MPI).
Du wirst mit Mariia (24) zusammenwohnen, einer freundlichen Master-Studentin der Universität. Sie kocht gerne und freut sich, ab und zu etwas zusammen zu unternehmen.

Wir suchen eine Studentin oder einen Studenten (bevorzugt Master/PhD), die/der langfristig bleiben möchte. Wir hoffen, dass du eine freundliche Person bist, die die Regeln des gemeinsamen Wohnens respektiert und auf Sauberkeit achtet.
Die Nebenkosten beinhalten Heizung und Wasser und sind als Vorauszahlung organisiert, mit einer jährlichen Abrechnung durch den Vermieter. Strom, Internet und Rundfunkgebühren sind separate Verträge, die mit der Mitbewohnerin organisiert werden können. Es gibt eine Kaution, die ebenfalls mit der Mitbewohnerin geteilt wird.

We are looking for a student (preferably Master's or PhD) who plans to stay long-term. We hope you are a friendly person who respects shared living rules and keeps common areas clean.
Utilities (heating and water) are included as a prepaid amount, with an annual consumption-based adjustment from the landlord. Electricity, internet, and the broadcasting fee are separate contracts that can be arranged with your flatmate. There is also a shared security deposit.
