Willkommen in unserer schönen WG!
Unser Mitbewohner Hugo, den wir so sehr lieben, hat gerade geheiratet und zieht auf einen anderen Kontinent. Deshalb suchen wir einen Zwischenmieter, der sein Zimmer übernimmt. Das Zimmer ist ca. 40 m^2 groß. Es ist auch das größte Zimmer in der WG. Die Hälfte des Daches ist schräg. Das Zimmer ist auch möbliert! Sie müssen sich also nicht um die Einrichtung Ihres Zimmers kümmern.

Welcome to our beautiful WG!
Our flatmate Hugo who we love so much just got married and is moving to a different continent! So we are looking for an interim tenant to take over his room. The room is roughly 40 m^2. It is also the biggest room in the WG. Half of its roof is slanted. The room is also furnished! So you don't have to worry about setting up your room.
Die WG befindet sich im östlichen Teil der Stadt. Sie liegt sehr nah am Stadtzentrum. Zum Spazierengehen oder Joggen kommt man auch schnell in den Wald. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich nur 3 Minuten entfernt. Der nächstgelegene Supermarkt ist etwa 10 Minuten entfernt. Die Straße ist ruhig und sicher und die Nachbarn sind wirklich nett :)

The WG is in the eastern part of the city. It is very close to the city center. You can also quickly get to the forest for a walk or a jog. There is a bus stop just 3 minutes away. The closest supermarket is roughly 10 minutes away by walk. The street is quiet and safe and the neigbhours are really nice :)
Wie bereits erwähnt, verlässt unser lieber Mitbewohner Hugo uns bald und wir brauchen einen vorübergehenden Ersatz. Sie werden mit 2 anderen zusammenleben: Akshara und Ruhita.
Akshara ist 27 und macht einen Promovieren in Mathematik. In seiner Freizeit hört er viel Musik: hauptsächlich Pop und Hiphop. Er geht viel spazieren und lernt generell gerne neue Leute kennen. Er ist immer für ein Gespräch zu haben. Er kümmert sich auch um ein paar Pflanzen in seinem Zimmer und hätte gerne mehr davon. Er kocht auch oft und liebt es, für andere zu kochen.
Ruhita ist 32 Jahre alt und arbeitet in einem Biotech-Unternehmen. Auch sie unterhält sich gerne mit Menschen. Sie interessiert sich für Spiritualität. Außerdem tanzt und malt sie in ihrer Freizeit!
Wir sind eine WG, die gerne gemeinsam etwas unternimmt. Wann immer wir Zeit haben, veranstalten wir WG-Abende und kochen zusammen oder spielen gemeinsam Spiele. Wir suchen jemanden, der dabei hilft, diese WG zu unserem Zuhause zu machen und der gerne etwas zusammen unternimmt. Natürlich legen wir auch Wert auf Freiraum und Privatsphäre, so dass niemand etwas tun muss, was er nicht will. Wir haben einen Putzplan und versuchen, uns so gut wie möglich daran zu halten.
Die Sprache der WG ist Englisch. Da wir beide auch etwas Deutsch sprechen (mit vielen Fehlern), sind wir offen dafür, uns auch auf Deutsch zu sprechen. Wir sind beide Vegetarier und würden daher einen vegetarischen Mitbewohner bevorzugen. Aber das ist natürlich kein Muss und jeder kann sich gerne bewerben.

As mentioned earlier, our dear flatmate Hugo is leaving soon and we need an interim replacement. You will live with 2 others: Akshara and Ruhita.
Akshara is 27 and is doing a PhD in mathematics. He listens to a lot of music in his free time: mostly Pop and Hiphop. Goes for many walks and in general likes meeting new people. He is always up for a chat. He also takes care of a few plants in his room and would love to have more. He also cooks often and loves to cook for others.
Ruhita is 32 and is working at a biotech company. She also loves talking to people. She is interested in spirituality. She also dances and paints in her free time!
We are a WG that loves to do activities together. Whenever we have the time, we have WG-evenings and cook together or play games together. We are looking for somebody who helps making this WG our home and loves doing activities together. We of course also value space and privacy, so nobody has to do anything they don't want to. We do have a cleaning plan and try to stick to it as much as possible.
The language of the WG is English. Since we both also speak some German (with quite a few mistakes), we are open to speaking in German as well. We are both vegetarians and would hence prefer a vegetarian flatmate. But of course, this is not a must and anybody is welcome to apply.
