The room is 14m2 big, with beautiful lighting and the best view of the sunset :)
Nikolausberger Weg is not far from anything. Both the central campus and north campus of the university less than a 20 minute walk or less than a 10 minute bike away, and downtown is a 10 or 15 minute walk, depending on which part. There's a path into the forest maybe 200 meters from our front door. There's even a nice craft beer shop a few blocks away, and a tiny bio grocery store 5 minutes to the south by bike.

We're looking for a 2-month sublet to join us in our homey house :)
We do all sorts of things for fun and work and study, but we come together for meals, just chatting in the kitchen, projects, or hanging out on our beauuutiful balcony to get some Vitamin D! Overall we're a pretty open and easy going bunch.
We value a living situation based on a sense of community, consideration and mutual support. Obviously we're only offering our room for 2 months, but we are happy to help find a long-term accomodation here!
Last and least, the washing machine lives in the basement and the dishwasher in the kitchen.
Pets are, sadly, not allowed.
