The room is spacious (17 m²) and faces the main street. It is located on the first floor. I am selling all of my furniture for 500€, which I bought brand new three years ago and have kept in excellent condition. This includes a lamp, table, carpet, wardrobe, nightstand, PC chair, bed, and more. The room is painted white, and there is a large radiator that keeps it warm during the winter months. Additionally, the room is equipped with plenty of electrical outlets for your convenience. A dishwasher and washing machine are also available for use.

Es befindet sich im ersten Stock.Ich verkaufe alle meine Möbel für 500€, die ich vor drei Jahren brandneu gekauft und in ausgezeichnetem Zustand gehalten habe.. Dazu gehören eine Lampe, ein Tisch, ein Teppich, ein Kleiderschrank, ein Nachttisch, ein PC-Stuhl, ein Bett und mehr. Das Zimmer ist weiß gestrichen und hat einen großen Heizkörper, der es im Winter immer schön warm hält. Außerdem gibt es viele Steckdosen, die du nutzen kannst. Eine Spülmaschine und eine Waschmaschine stehen dir ebenfalls zur Verfügung.

The apartment is located in the southern part of the city, very close to the city center and Kiessee, both about a 15-minute walk away. There is also a supermarket and a bakery just outside the building. It’s situated in a peaceful district with plenty of buses passing by the nearby stations. Additionally, Badeparadies (swimming pool) is just 10 minutes away on foot. The main campus can be reached in 8-10 minutes by bike.

Die Wohnung liegt im südlichen Teil der Stadt, ganz in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums und des Kiessees, beides etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Ein Supermarkt und eine Bäckerei befinden sich direkt vor dem Haus. Die Gegend ist ruhig und es gibt viele Busse, die an den nahegelegenen Haltestellen vorbeifahren. Auch das Badeparadies (Schwimmbad) ist nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Den Hauptcampus erreichst du in 8-10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad.

The best part of living here is definitely the WG-life. I share the apartment with Milan and Becki, both from Germany and students. Becki just recently moved in and is studying to become a secondary school teacher in chemistry and Latin. She’s 20 years old and loves traveling. Milan and I became friends from day one—he's very helpful and always up for doing something. He has a kind personality and is incredibly friendly. We often play board games, PlayStation, and darts together. We also have beer and Sekt nights in the WG.

Das Beste am Leben hier ist definitiv das WG-Leben. Ich teile die Wohnung mit Milan und Becki, beide kommen aus Deutschland und sind Studenten. Becki ist erst vor Kurzem eingezogen und studiert auf Gymnasiallehramt auf Chemie und Latein . Sie ist 20 Jahre alt und liebt es zu reisen. Milan und ich sind von Anfang an Freunde geworden – er ist sehr hilfsbereit und immer offen für gemeinsame Unternehmungen. Er hat eine sehr freundliche und herzliche Persönlichkeit. Wir spielen oft zusammen Brettspiele, PlayStation oder Darts. Außerdem haben wir in der WG regelmäßig Bier- und Sektabende.

Ich verkaufe alle meine Möbel für 500€, die ich vor drei Jahren brandneu gekauft und in ausgezeichnetem Zustand gehalten habe. Ich ziehe aus der Wohnung aus, weil ich ein Jobangebot in einer anderen Stadt bekommen habe. Die zusätzlichen Kosten für die Wohnung sind für die Möbel, die ich hierlasse.
