The lockable private room to be rented is a 16 sqm room with a balcony. The cost for the rent is 564€ (cold + warm rent, which includes the water costs) plus 68€ of additional costs (electricity, internet, radio and TV taxes), which makes a total of 632€ per person.
The room has big windows to the west and a nice balcony with beautiful sunsets. There's enough space in the room to do sports. Most of the furniture in the room can be sold for a negotiable price: bed with mattress, couch, bookshelf, working table, two chairs, cupboard.

The flat is located in Weende which is a quiet neighborhood. The North Campus is located at a close distance of 15 min walk or by the 20s buses. The flat is well communicated with the city center and the North Campus since there are several bus stops around: 91 and 92 (4 min walk), 31, 32 and 34 (5 min walk), 41, 42 (8 min walk) and 20, 21 and 23 (10 min walk). There is a Tegut, DM, Penny and several restaurants within less than 15 min walk. Edeka and Reve are also within a 20-minute walk. There is a couple of GP doctors, a pharmacy, a bakery and a kiosk at a couple of minutes distance. There are two post offices both at around 15 min walk. The “Freibad Weende” is at 15 min walk. Public parking slots are available on the street in front of the house.

Weiterhin liegen mehrere Einkaufsläden (Tegut ca. 10 min zu Fuß, Penny ca. 15 min und Edeka und Rewe ca. 20 min), viele Bushaltestellen mit guter Verbindung in die Innenstadt sowie eine Arztpraxis und Appotheke (unter 5 Gehminuten) und das Weender Freibad (15 min) in der Nähe.
The room is located in a two people shared flat with two bedrooms, a livingroom, a bathroom and a kitchen. The kitchen has plenty of room, cupboards and drawers to store your belongings. In addition, the kitchen is provided with a shared fridge, washing machine and electric stove. Each flat has their own private basement where you can store your things. In addition, there are two common rooms in the basement where all neighbours can store their bicycles and dry large laundry. And there is a beautiful garden around the building.
