Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 3 Zimmer, eine Küche und ein kleines Bad mit Dusche. Es gibt einen Keller in dem ein Fahrrad abgestellt werden kann. Außerdem gibt es ein Balkon der auch über das Zimmer "betretbar" ist - man müsste nur durch das Fenster klettern. Der Raum für die Zwischenmiete ist ca 12qm^2, ich habe es nicht genau gemessen, es könnte also etwas größer oder kleiner sein.
The apartment has 3 rooms, a small kitchen and a small bathroom with a shower. There is a cellar to store your bike if nessecary. There also is a balcony which you can access via the window. The room that is for sublet has approximately 12 qm^2. I havent measured it so it might as well be a little bigger or smaller.
Innerhalb von 5 Minuten sind sowohl Supermarkt als auch Busanbindung erreichbar. Das Nachtleben in der Weststadt ist sehr aktiv, die Musa und das Haus der Kulturen, in denen Regelmäßig veranstaltungen stattfinden sind zu Fuß innerhalb von 2 Minuten zu erreichen. Wenn einem nach Natur ist, ist man innerhalb von 5 Minuten im Wald. Zur Uni ist es in etwa ein viertel Stündchen mit dem Fahrrad oder Bus.
Within 5 minutes supermarket and busses are in reach. The Nightlife in the Weststadt of Göttingen is very vivid. From the apartment its a two minute walk to reach the musa or the house of cultures, where there are regular events. If you want to enjoy nature it is a five minute walk into the forest. The University is reachable within a quarter hour by bike or bus.
Die Mitbewohner sind zwei junge FLINTA* Personen. Dementsprechend suche ich eine Person die queere Menschen respektiert. Gekocht wird ab und zu auch zusammen, idR vegan, aber das muss mit den beiden abgesprochen werden. Eine Person raucht gelegentlich auf dem Balkon.
The roommates are two young FLINTA* people. Thus i am looking for people who respect queers. From time to time they cook together, usually vegan, but that has to be agreed upon together. One person is smoking on the balkony from time to time.
