Master's student (M) in search of flatshare or studio apartment starting 01.10.17

I am a foreign national moving to Göttingen for my master's degree in late September and will be immediately searching for a one bedroom apartment or studio to rent for the winter semester. I am a tidy and responsible tenant/roommate, I have sufficient funding and an excellent credit score in my home country. For the last 8 years I have lived communally with friends so I am very easy going. I am completely open to moving into a social flatshare with likeminded roommates, or into a Zwerck WG - I am very adaptable. Also, landlords offering studio or 1 bedroom apartments contact me if i seem like a suitable tenant.
The following factors for an apartment are as follows in descending importance:
Maximum Rent - 450 Euro including utilities
Distance from UNI (main campus) - 4 km (Although I can compromise)
Use of full kitchen
Access to laundry washing machine
Multiple Windows - lots of natural light
Size of room or apartment does not matter, just enough room for a desk and bed.
Furnished or Unfurnished does not matter
