Dear apartment seekers,
I'm offering my fully furnished room to take over from 8.12.2024. My roommate Mridhula (28) is very helpful and cooks delicious indian food! The kitchen is therfore well equiped with everything you need.
The washing mashine is leased (from bluemovement) for 10,79€/month. So if you‘re having sone troubles with it, you can contact bluemovent anytime to get it fixed. Other than that, evrything is owned by Mridhula and me.
Im offering my bike to take over too, for 70€.

Our apartment locates in the southern part of the city (quite close to Neues Rathaus) and it is close to the city center while being in the quiet and calm part of the city. You can reach the city center in 7-8 mins by walking and supermarkets are in the immediate vicinity.
Also by bike you can reach the central campus and SUB in 10 mins if you are a student.
Mridhula will be your roommate in the apartment. She would really appreciate if you are up for coffee/cooking together!
You will have a dishwasher and washing machine in the apartment and a full household with everything you need. Also, I'd leave my piano here. If youd like to take it over, we can agree on a price for that.
