Das Zimmer wird zum 25.01 frei und kann ab dem 01.02 vermietet werden.
Das Zimmer ist Teil einer Wohnung im Studiwohnheim direkt am Zentralcampus, als perfekt für Studierende! Tatsächlich musst du auch studieren um hier zu wohnen!
Das Zimmer ist ca. 15 Quadratmeter groß und praktisch Rechteckig geschnitten. Es hat ein großes Fenster, wodurch recht viel Licht in das Zimmer kommt. Direkt vor dem Fenster ist Kreuzbergring, also eine recht viel befahrene Straße. Das Fenster ist aber ziemlich gut isoliert, weshalb man zum Glück nicht so viel von der Straße mitbekommt!
Die Wohnung hat ansonsten eine große Küche, in der man auch gut zusammen sitzen kann, einen Balkon und ein Bad.

The Apartment is part of student living and located directly at the Zentralcampus. So you have to study in Göttingen to live here!
The Room is around 15 square meters big and has a big window, where a lot of light comes in. Right in front of the window is the Kreuzbergring, a pretty big street. But luckily the windows are nicely isolated, so you dont hear too much from outside.
Wie schon gesagt, liegt die Wohung direkt am Zentralcampus, also in umittelbarer Nähe von Mensa und verschiedenen Bibs. Die Bushaltestelle Blauer Turm ist direkt vor der Tür, aber man ist zu Fuß auch in 5-10 min in der Innenstadt und mit dem Fahrrad in 7-10 am Uniklinikum und Nordcampus. Außerdem gibt es verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Direkt um die Ecke ist ein Netto und ansonsten erreicht man in 10 min zu Fuß auch Edeka, Rewe und Lidl.
Alles in allem also eine super Lage!
As said before the Apartment is located directly at the Zentralcampus, so two minutes away from the mensa and several libraries. Also the Busstop Blauer Turm is only 3 minutes walking away. Into the inner city you need 5-10 minutes by walking and the Clinic and Nordcampus are 7-10 min by bicycle. For shopping there is a Netto right around the corner and Rewe and Edeka are 10 minutes away.
In der WG findet grade viel Umschwung statt, da 2 von 4 Mitbewohnis gerade ausziehen, weshalb du auf jeden fall dann die Möglichkeit hast das WG Leben selber mitzugestalten!
Wir sind Mathis(23), Tobi(31) und Liza (neu🌝 24) und suchen für unsere 4er WG eine entspannte Person, die sich gerne in die WG einbringen möchte und diese mitgestalten will. Wir legen großen Wert auf ein harmonisches Miteinander und eine offene Kommunikation. Wenn es sich ergibt trifft man sich mal auf einen Schnack in der Küche, kocht etwas zusammen oder spielt das ein oder andere Gesellschaftsspiel. Es ist aber auch voll in Ordnung, wenn einfach mal alle ihrer eigenen Mission nachgehen. Es sind aber auf jeden fall alle offen für ein freundschaftliches WG Leben :)
As there are 2 of us moving out, there is a switch in the WG dynamic and a lot of room for you to design the WG life.
We are Mathis, Tobi and Liza. Harmony in the WG is very important to us, we also value a open minded communication. If we meet in the kitchen we like to have a little talk or sometimes cook and/or play something together. But its also all righ if you just want to chill on your own! All in all everybody is open for a friendly living together :)
Wie schon gesagt, musst du in Göttingen studieren um hier zu wohnen, da die Wohnung dem Studentenwerk gehört.
Es gibt eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner im Keller, den wir umsonst benutzen können.
Wenn du dir vorstellen kannst hier einzuziehen oder noch irgendwelche Fragen hast schreib uns gerne! Wir würden dann noch ein persönliches Kennenlernen vereinbaren.

As said before, you have to study in Göttingen to live in this Apartment, as it belongs to the Studentenwerk.
