Suche nach einer Wohnung oder WG in Gräfelfing, Planegg, Hadern, Laim

Hello! (Deutsch unten)

On March 1st I'll start a new job in Munich, in the area of Martinsried. I am about to finish my PhD and right after I'll move to there, arriving on February 24th.
I am 27 years and come from Spain. I am originally from Madrid but I currently live in a lovely city near Barcelona, Castelldefels. I am an active person, I like doing sports and socialising, but I respect the privacy of a flat!
I have been sharing flat for 6 years. I enjoy to have people around and chat with my flatmates. Also, I find important that the flat is kept clean and tidy. Specially the common areas :)
I speak Spanish and English (I guess you imagined that already xD), but also a bit of Catalan and I am learning German. Aber mein Deutsch ist noch nicht so gut.
I am looking for flats in the Southwest of Munich, preferably within Gräfelfing. This place would be ideal for my everyday commuting.

Hallo!

Am 1. März beginne ich eine neue Arbeit in München, in Martinsried. Ich stehe kurz vor dem Abschluss meiner Doktorarbeit und ziehe gleich danach nach München. Ich komme am 24. Februar an.
Ich bin 27 Jahre alt und komme aus Spanien. Ursprünglich komme ich aus Madrid, aber ich lebe derzeit in einer schönen Stadt in der Nähe von Barcelona, Castelldefels. Ich bin eine aktive Person, ich machen gerne Sport und unternehme gern soziale Kontakte, aber ich respektiere die Privatsphäre einer WG!
Ich habe seit 6 Jahren in eine WG gelebt. Ich genieße es, Leute um mich herum zu haben und mich mit meinen Mitbewohnern zu unterhalten. Außerdem finde ich es wichtig, dass die Wohnung sauber und ordentlich gehalten wird. Besonders die Gemeinschaftsräume :)
Ich spreche Spanisch und Englisch (das haben Sie sich sicher schon vorgestellt xD), aber auch ein bisschen Katalanisch, und ich lerne Deutsch. Aber mein Deutsch ist noch nicht so gut...
Ich suche eine WG im Südwesten von München, vorzugsweise in Gräfelfing. Dieser Ort wäre ideal für mein tägliches Pendeln.
