Nicht möbliert, groBe Raum und eigenen Balkon. 4 Zimmer, zwei GroBen Zimmer (DoppelZimmer Möglich), und Zwei Einzelzimmer. Die zwei GroBe haben Balkon, einmal Einzelzimmer hat Balkon, andere nicht. Wohnzimmer hat Balkon auch. Sehr groB Wohnzimmer und küche mit Spülmaschine, Toilette un Badezimmer (mit Waschmaschine) auch.
5 minuten von Karl-Franzens UNI, wenig dann 10 minuten von StadtZentrum. Bus und S-bahn in der nahe wenig dann 5 minuten. Sehr schön Ansichten und gut Natürliche Beleuchtung
Freundliche Leute mit gut Veranlagung um züsammen mit mehr leute leben.

My awesome flatmates are pityfully leaving after the end of this winter semester, so I'm looking for new mates to cover their in not that much time empty rooms.
The flat is located in Hugo-Wolf Gasse 10, at 5 minutes or even less from Karl-Franz UNI. There are four rooms in the apartment, and two of them have enough space for being shared rooms if necessary. Among this semester we lived here 5 persons. Two of them were in a shared room, and the other three were in single rooms.
We are paying with that distribution 330 € for the single rooms and 255 € for the shared. I'm the only one staying here, so I'm looking for 2 more persons for single rooms, and other 2 for a shared room. Moreover, I was thinking in the possibility of including myself in a shared room with someone that would be interested if finally no one is taking the shared room, but at first my idea is to be in one of the single rooms.
The flat is really big and nice, I'm not gonna guess about the dimensions but definitely is huge, has a common balcony in the living room, and three of the rooms have private balcony, also kitchen, toilet and bathroom, of course. Water and heating is included in the price, not the electricity, but that's 80 € divided between all the mates, in the end we pay 16,5 € each one of us.
The flat is an agency one, and we made one contract from October to end of February. I spoke with the agency for renting it again, and they told me is possible, so I'm looking for some people that would be interested in renting a flat from March till end July. The price of the flat is in the end:
Deposit: 4500 € (we paid 900 € each one of us, that is recovered after the contract is finished)
Honorar: 1000€ +20% + 540 € (that's the part that receives the agency, we paid around 330 each one of us at the moment the contract was signed)
Monthly rental: 1500 € (We distributed that in 330 € for single rooms and 255 € for shared rooms)
