Zimmer
Die Wohnung besteht aus 4 Schlafzimmern, einem Bad, separatem WC, Küche, Wohnzimmer und Flur. Sie befindet sich im zweiten Stock und ist über den Innenhof erreichbar.
Das zu vermietende Zimmer ist ein schönes kleines Zimmer, das zum Innenhof hin ausgerichtet ist und sich in einem Altbau befindet.
Das Zimmer ist mit einem hölzernen Fischereiparkett ausgestattet und voll möbliert. Das Zimmer hat 1 großes Fenster mit Rollläden, die Sie bei warmem Wetter kippen können.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 9 m² groß und ist möbliert.
Standort
Wir wohnen in einem super hippen/aufstrebenden Viertel, direkt am Wasser, eine Straße vom Kunsthaus entfernt. Es ist ein lebendiges, pulsierendes und sicheres Viertel. Wir wohnen weniger als 2 Minuten zu Fuß von der Straßenbahnhaltestelle entfernt, von der aus man 4 verschiedene Straßenbahnen/Bims nehmen kann. Alle 4 dieser Straßenbahnen fahren in 10 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof (Graz Hbf) und in 2 Minuten ins Stadtzentrum. Das Stadtzentrum ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und auch die Universitäten sind sehr leicht zu erreichen. Eine Bäckerei und ein Supermarkt sind nur 1 Gehminute entfernt. Für größere Einkäufe ist der Eurospar 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Auf der anderen Straßenseite befindet sich das städtische Schwimmbad. Auch Vintage-Läden oder gemütliche Cafés sind von uns aus gut zu erreichen.
Wohngemeinschafts-Typ
Leider sind 3 unserer 4 Mitbewohner/innen Erasmus-Studierende, die nach einem Jahr wieder nach Hause ziehen, deshalb suchen wir drei neue begeisterte Mitbewohner/innen für Matthias. Matthias ist 23 Jahre alt und wohnt seit 4 Jahren in Graz. Er studiert Geschichte und Psychologie/Philosophie auf Lehramt. Wenn er nicht an der Uni ist, ist er gerne aktiv, in den Bergen, beim Bouldern oder Schwimmen. Außerdem geht er gerne mit Freunden auf einen Drink oder zwei. Was das Zusammenleben angeht, wäre es schön, auch Zeit miteinander zu verbringen und eine gute Kommunikationsbasis zu haben.
Sonstiges
Wir suchen eine/einen begeisterte/n Mitbewohner/in, der/die gerne gemeinsam kocht, gerne etwas trinken oder essen geht und eine gemütliche Wohnatmosphäre genießt. Es ist uns wichtig, dass wir Spaß am Zusammenleben haben, aber auch unsere Privatsphäre/ Chill Time schätzen und respektieren.
Wenn du Interesse hast, lass es uns wissen und wir können einen Termin vereinbaren, um dir die Wohnung zu zeigen und uns ein bisschen kennen zu lernen!

Room
The apartment consists of 4 bedrooms, a bathroom, separate WC, kitchen, living room and hall. It is located on the second floor and accessible via the courtyard.
The room for rent is a beautiful small room, oriented to the courtyard in an old building.
The room has a wooden fishing board parquet and is fully furnished. The room has 1 large window with shutters that you can tilt in warm weather.
The room is about 9 m² and is furnished.
Location
We live in a super hip/ up& coming neighborhood, right across the water, one street away from the Kunsthaus. It is a lively, vibrant and safe neighborhood. We live less than a 2-minute walk from the tramstop where you can take 4 different trams/bims. All 4 of these trams drive in 10 minutes to the main train station (Graz Hbf) and 2 minutes to the city center. The city center is a 5-minute walk away and the universities are also very easy to reach. A bakery and a supermarket are just a 1-minute walk away. For larger purchases, the Eurospar is a 5-minute walk away. Across the street is the municipal swimming pool. We are also ideally located for vintage stores or cozy cafes.
Flatshare Type
Unfortunately, 3 of our 4 roommates are Erasmus students who are moving back home after a year, so we are looking for three new enthusiastic roommates for Matthias. Matthias is 23 years old and has been living in Graz since 4 years. He is studying history and psychology/philosophie as a teaching degree. If he is not at university, he likes to be active, in the mountains, bouldering or swimming. Furthermore he likes to go out with friends to grab a drink or two. As for living together, it would be nice to also spend time together, and have a nice communication basis.
Miscellaneous
We are looking for an enthusiastic roommate who enjoys cooking together, go out to grab a drink or a bite, and enjoys a cozy living atmosphere. It is important to us that we have fun living together but also value and respect our privacy/ chill time.
