Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete abzugeben!
Ich mache ein Auslandssemester und suche einen Zwischenmieter für mein helles und geräumiges Zimmer für die nächsten 6–8 Monate.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 28 m² groß und befindet sich in einer sanierten Wohnung. Küche, Bad und WC sind in einem sehr guten Zustand. Im Bad befindet sich eine Waschmaschine, und die Küche ist voll ausgestattet (inklusive eines Geschirrspülers).
Die Wohnung hat einen Gemeinschaftsbalkon, der über die Küche zugänglich ist.
Staubsauger, Reinigungsmittel und sonstige Utensilien sind in einem Abstellschrank gelagert. Müll wird auf dem Balkon getrennt.

I am going abroad for a semester starting next year and am looking for a tenant for my bright and spacious room for the next 6–8 months.
The room is approximately 28 m² and is located in a renovated apartment. The kitchen, bathroom, and toilet are in excellent condition. The bathroom includes a washing machine, and the kitchen is fully equipped (including a dishwasher).
The apartment has a shared balcony accessible through the kitchen.
A vacuum cleaner, cleaning supplies, and other essentials are stored in a utility closet. Waste is sorted on the balcony.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 7. Stock in der Moserhofgasse! Der Aufzug wurde letztes Jahr erneuert.
Die Bim-Station "Moserhofgasse" liegt eine Minute entfernt, und Spar/Billa sind in 2–3 Gehminuten erreichbar.
Ideale Lage für TU-Studenten! Infeldgasse und Neue Technik sind jeweils nur 8–10 Gehminuten entfernt.
Jakominiplatz und Herrengasse sind nur wenige Bim-Stationen entfernt.

The tram station "Moserhofgasse" is just a minute away, and Spar/Billa supermarkets are 2–3 minutes on foot.
An ideal location for TU students! Infeldgasse and Neue Technik are only 8–10 minutes away on foot.
Jakominiplatz and Herrengasse are just a few tram stops away.
In der WG lebt Christoph (24), der Information and Computer Engineering an der TU studiert. Er ist eine sehr offene und herzliche Person, und das Zusammenleben mit ihm ist unkompliziert. Am Wochenende wird üblicherweise Pizza selbst gemacht, und er ist sehr geübt darin! Die Zimmer liegen weit auseinander, sodass man jederzeit entspannt seine Privatsphäre genießen kann.

Christoph (24) lives in the shared apartment and studies Information and Computer Engineering at the TU. He is a very open and warm-hearted person, and living with him is uncomplicated. On weekends, pizza is usually made from scratch, and he is very skilled at it! The rooms are far apart, so you can always enjoy your privacy whenever needed.
