Das Zimmer ist 16 m2 Groß und möbliert. Die Wohnung selbst ist ist 67 m2 groß und besteht aus einer Küche, einem Bad, Balkon und 3 Zimmer.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Klosterwiesgasse, nur ca. 5 Minuten (zu Fuß) von der neuen Technik und 10 Minuten vom Jakominiplatz entfernt.
Zu Lidl/Spar braucht man ca. 3 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad. Spar ist gleich um die Ecke.
In der WG wohnen zur Zeit 2 TU-Studenten (Mehrdad und Mihail). Beide sind sehr sozial, lassen einem aber auch viel Freizeit, wenn man sie braucht.
Das Leben in der WG ist sehr unkompliziert und harmonisch. Es gibt einen Putzplan, aber es wird auch versucht, zwischendurch alles sauber zu halten.
