Im schönsten Viertel von Graz, direkt an der alten TU und am Stadtpark. Bim-Haltestelle ist 2 minuten entfernt, genauso wie ein Spar. Fahrradständer direkt vor der Haustür mit 6 minuten Fußweg zum Jakominiplatz.
In the most beautiful district of Graz, right next to the old TU and the city park. The tram stop is 2 minutes away, as well as a Spar supermarket. There is a bike rack right in front of the house, with a 6-minute walk to Jakominiplatz.
Mein Mitbewohner Jojo ist 23 und wird über den Sommer nicht viel Zuhause sein, dass heisst du hast quasi die ganze Wohnung für dich. Durch die gute Lage bist du schnell im Stadtpark zum Sonnen oder am Kaiser-Jospeh-Platz für Drinks!! Absolut perfekt für den Sommer in Graz :)
