Room in a shared apartment in Graz

Hi! I am David, a researcher at University of Graz, working in Ecology and Biodiversity. I come from Spain, and will be in Graz only around 50% of the time. I am looking for a comfortable room in a flat with good atmosphere and clean, hopefully close to the University. I am 40 years old, and I enjoy hiking, yoga, climbing, and all forms of culture (live music and literature the most!). I like cooking as well, so a good furbished kitchen will be a plus :)

I plan to move in Feb-March, and I would like the room for at least a couple of years ideally. I am an easygoing person, fairly clean, and I speak Spanish, Italian, Catalan, and English (not Deutsch -yet- though!). I am very open minded and I have no a priori filters regarding my flatmates, but workers of around similar age would be perfect.
