I'm looking for a cool and nice person to take over my room in our 4-WG (shared apartment) with the 1st of August. Our apartment is in the perfect location - just cross the street, and you're at the RESOWI center. Additionally, it's only a 3-minute walk to Univiertel and Spar.
In the apartment, you'll be living with Andi, Emi , and Ana. Although we all speak German, we tend to converse in English because it is more convenient for Ana. However, feel free to choose whichever language you find easier to communicate in. :)
The most important thing for us is cleanliness and a willingness to help with cleaning. We currently do not have a cleaning schedule, but each of us cleans up after themselves.
My room comes fully furnished with a bunk bed, table, chairs, sofa, and a sink, which is incredibly practical. You'll also have a walk-in closet and a balcony from your room, which is perfect in the summer!
Rent per month is €350, and all living expenses, including water, electricity, and heating, are included. The security deposit is €700.
You can schedule a visit to see the apartment and meet all the roommates. We're excited to meet you!

Ich suche nach einer netten und angenehmen Person, die mein Zimmer in unserer 4-WG (Wohngemeinschaft) mit dem 1. August übernehmen möchte. Unsere Wohnung hat die perfekte Lage - überquere einfach die Straße, und du bist beim RESOWI Zentrum. Außerdem sind es nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß zum Univiertel und zum Spar.
In der Wohnung wirst du mit Andi, Emi und Ana zusammenleben. Obwohl wir alle Deutsch sprechen, neigen wir dazu, auf Englisch zu kommunizieren, da es für Ana praktischer ist. Du kannst jedoch gerne die Sprache wählen, die dir am besten zum Kommunizieren passt. :)
Das Wichtigste für uns ist Sauberkeit und die Bereitschaft, bei der Reinigung zu helfen. Wir haben derzeit keinen Reinigungsplan, jedoch halten wir die Wohnung sauber und räumen hinter uns auf.
Mein Zimmer ist voll möbliert mit einem Stockbett, Tisch, Stühlen, Sofa und einem Waschbecken, was unglaublich praktisch ist. Außerdem hast du einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank und einen Balkon von deinem Zimmer aus, der im Sommer perfekt ist!
Die Miete beträgt monatlich 350 €, und alle Lebenshaltungskosten, einschließlich Wasser, Strom und Heizung, sind enthalten. Die Kaution beträgt 700€.
Du kannst einen Besuch vereinbaren, um die Wohnung zu besichtigen und alle Mitbewohner kennenzulernen. Wir freuen uns darauf, dich kennenzulernen! :))

I'm looking for someone who can move in with the beginning of August, since I will be moving cities to pursue my studies. Details can of course be arranged.

Ich suche jemanden, der mit Anfang August einziehen kann, da ich für mein Studium in eine andere Stadt ziehen werde. Genaueres können wir dann natürlich noch besprechen.
Ideal wäre es, wenn du vorhast, mindestens ein Jahr in der WG zu bleiben.
