Zimmer:
Das Zimmer ist gut ausgestattet und verfügt über alle Annehmlichkeiten einer Wohngemeinschaft. Das Zimmer ist 15 m² groß und bietet einen ruhigen und hellen Raum, da es sich im 10. Stock befindet.

Location:
Griesheim Flugafenstraße, die nahegelegene Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt. Der Luisenplatz ist 10 Minuten und der Darmstädter Hauptbahnhof 6 Minuten mit der Straßenbahn entfernt. Direkt hinter der Wohnung ist REWE 1 Minute entfernt, ALDI & ACTION ist 3 Gehminuten entfernt.

Flatshare type:
Derzeit sind 3 Personen in der Wohngemeinschaft und wir suchen eine Einzelperson, die bereit ist, dieses Zimmer ab dem 1. Februar zu beziehen (flexibel auch eine Woche früher).

Verschiedenes:
Die oben genannte Gesamtmiete (Warmmiete) beträgt 500 Euro (alles inklusive WLAN, Strom, Radio, Heizung und andere).

The room is well equipped with all the necessities in a shared apartment. The room is 15m2 & offers a quiet and bright space as it is on 10th floor.

Griesheim Flugafenstrasse, the nearby tram stop is just 2 minutes walk away. Luisenplatz is 10 minutes and Darmstadt Hauptbahnof is 6 minutes away by tram. Just behind the apartment, REWE is 1 minute away , ALDI & ACTION is 3 minutes away by a walk.

Flatshare type:
Presently, there are 3 persons in the shared apartment, and we are looking for single person , who is ready to occupy this room from Febuary 1st (flexible with one week earlier too).

Miscellaneous:
The above total rent (Warm rent) is 500 euros, (it includes everything Wifi, Electricity, Radio, heating and others).
