Die Schlafzimmer befinden sich im 1. und 2. Obergeschoss eines 1982 erbauten Hauses in Groß-Zimmern. Die Wohnungen des Gebäudes wurden im Jahr 2022 komplett saniert und modernisiert (neue Küche mit Induktion, neue Bäder mit begehbarer Dusche). Die Außeninstandsetzung des Gebäudes erfolgte in 2021.
Zusätzlich zum WLan sind alle Zimmer des Hauses sind mit LAN an das Internet angebunden. Satelliten-TV Anschluss befindet sich auch in jedem Zimmer.
Zusammen mit ihren Mitbewohnern teilen Sie sich eine vollausgestattete Küche (Induktion, Backofen, Kühl-/Gefrierschrank, Dunstabzugshaube, Spülmaschine) mit Essecke sowie 2 Bäder inkl. Toilette und einem separaten Gäste-WC, Waschraum mit Trockner und Waschmaschine
Zusätzlich zu den oben aufgeführten Räumen gibt es ein hochwertig ausgestattetes Wohnzimmer im Erdgeschoss mit großer Couch, Glastisch und einem großen, modernen Samsung LED-TV.

The room is in the 1st floor of a house built in 1982 in Groß-Zimmern. The apartments of the building were completely renovated and modernized in 2022 (new kitchen with induction, new bathrooms with walk-in shower). The exterior of the building was renovated in 2021.
In addition to WiFi, all rooms in the house are connected to the Internet via LAN.
You and your roommates share an equipped kitchen (induction, oven, fridge/freezer, extractor hood, dishwasher) with dining area and 2 bathrooms including a toilet and a separate guest toilet. Washing room with dryer and washing machine
In addition to the rooms listed above, there is a high-quality furnished living room with a large couch, glass table and a large, modern Samsung LED TV.
The house is renovated and modernized. New room layout, new kitchen, additional roof insulation, some new windows.
Das Gebäude befindet sich in einer historischen Straße in Groß-Zimmern. Die Bushaltestelle „Friedensschule“ mit Busanbindung nach Darmstadt (ca. 35 Minuten bis Darmstadt-Luisenplatz) und Dieburg (ca. 10 Minuten bis Dieburg-Bahnhof) ist nur vier Gehminuten entfernt. Die Hochschulen beider Städte sind somit bequem zu erreichen. Ebenfalls fünf Gehminuten entfernt befindet sich ein Supermarkt. Restaurants und Schnellimbisse sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
The building is located on a historic street in Groß-Zimmern. The "Friedensschule" bus stop with bus connections to Darmstadt (approx. 35 minutes to Darmstadt-Luisenplatz) and Dieburg (approx. 10 minutes to Dieburg train station) is only a 4-minute walk away. The universities of both cities are therefore easy to reach. A supermarket is also a five-minute walk away. Restaurants and fast food outlets are within walking distance.
WG-Leben
Die Gemeinschaftseinrichtungen (2 Bäder, 1 Gäste-WC, Küche, Wohnzimmer, Waschraum) werden nach Gebrauch sauber hinterlassen. Besuch (Eltern, Freunde) stimmen wir untereinander zuvor ab. Wir sind eine ruhige WG. Wer eine Party-Gemeinschaft sucht, ist bei uns eher falsch. In den Räumen besteht absolutes Rauchverbot.
Wir suchen Studenten, junge Berufsstarter die sich in unsere WG einbringen möchte.
Zusammen mit ihren Mitbewohnern teilen Sie sich eine ausgestattete Küche (Induktion, Backofen, Kühl-/Gefrierschrank, Dunstabzugshaube, Spülmaschine) mit Essecke sowie 2 Bäder inkl. Flat share life
The communal facilities (2 bathrooms, 1 Guest-Toilette, kitchen, living-room, washing machine room) are left clean after use. We coordinate visits (parents, friends) with each other beforehand. We are a quiet flat share. If you're looking for a party community, you've come to the wrong place. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms.
We are looking for pupils, students or young trainees of legal age who would like to get involved in our shared apartment.

Bei der ausgewiesenen Miete von 280 € handelt es sich um eine Kaltmiete, d.h. der Nebenkostenanteil kommt hier dazu...die Vorauszahlung beträgt pro Monat 86 EUR inkl. schnelles Internet (DSL 250 Flatrate) zzgl Strom 33€ (entspricht einer kompletten Mietzahlung von 399 EUR)
Das Zimmer ist ab dem 1. Februar 2024 frei.
