We are looking for someone to take my room in a 3-person WG in Gundelfingen! The room is not furnished (I am only keeping a closet). Ive been living here for a bit more than two years and unfortunetly have to move for work.
Rent is 475 (Warmmeite) not including Wifi and the TV-Radio Tax. The WG has a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, oven, stove, all the usual utinsilies and a seating area. And we have a washer, a dryer, a balcony, and a storage room.

The WG is a 3 minute walk from the train station to Freiburg (there is a train every 20-30 minutes to Freiburg, you can reach the city in 5-7 minutes), 15 minute walk to the tram stop (Gundelfingerstraße) and even shorter if you bike/take the bus :) It is a 6 minute walk from Penny, Rewe, Rossmann, Apotheke, Banks, and the Municipality.
A little bit about our WG life and us:
I am 26, im at the end of my masters degree in English iterature and theory, my roommates study in the same masters as i do, weve been living here for more than 2 years now. we love to hangout, make food, play board games, or watch a movie, we also like taking walks and hikes in the forest because it is very close to our wg, but we also have our alone time as well :) We like to keep the WG tidy and clean and enjoy a a good vibe in the apartment :)
