Die Wohnung befindet sich in Halle Neustadt. Ein Netto und ein Penny sind beide in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Die nächstgelegene Bushaltestelle ist Hallorenstraße und Lilienstraße, beide 5 Minuten zu Fuß.
Die nächstgelegene Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist Zentrum Neustadt, 7 Minuten Fußweg.
Es handelt sich um ein reines Wohngebiet, so dass es keine Lärmbelästigung geben wird.

Vishal kommt aus Indien und arbeitet derzeit Vollzeit als Logistikmanager bei Matheresea. Er verlässt das Haus um 8 Uhr morgens und kommt um 7 Uhr abends zurück. Er ist ein ruhiger und hilfsbereiter Mensch, der immer Lust auf gemeinsames Kochen oder Sport im Freien hat.
Shweta, ebenfalls aus Indien, ist Masterstudentin an der Hochschule Anhalt (Köthen). Sie ist sehr hilfsbereit und immer für ein Schwätzchen zu haben.
Wir haben einen Putzplan und teilen uns die Verantwortung für das Putzen und die Müllabfuhr.

Vishal comes from India and currently works full-time as a logistics manager at Matheresea. He leaves the house at 8 in the morning and returns at 7 in the evening. He is a calm and helpful person who is always up for cooking together or doing outdoor sports.
Shweta, also from India, is a Master's student at Anhalt University of Applied Sciences (Köthen). She is very helpful and always up for a chat.
We have a cleaning plan and share responsibility for cleaning and taking out the garbage.
Es gibt eine kleine Küche mit einem großen Kühlschrank, vielen Regalen und einem Herd mit 4 Induktionen.
Das Badezimmer ist mit einer Dusche, Badewanne und Waschmaschine ausgestattet.
Die 260 Euro + 20 Euro ist die Miete inklusive Grundmiete, Strom, Gas, Wasser, Heizung, Nebenkosten, Internet.
Die Funksteuer kostet 7 Euro extra (Sie können entweder 7 Euro pro Monat oder 21 Euro jeden 3. Monat zahlen).
Die Kaution beträgt 300 Euro. Für den Fall, dass du während deines Aufenthalts etwas kaputt machst. Haha!
Da es sich um eine Untermiete handelt, ist eine Anmeldung bei der Stadt nicht möglich, aber wir können sicherlich einen informellen Vertrag untereinander abschließen.

Since it's a sublet, it's not possible to register with the city, but we can certainly make an informal contract between us.
