Das Zimmer ist 20,12 m2 groß (anteilige Wohnfläche in der WG 37,73 m2, die Miete ist 400 € (inklusive 80 € Betriebskostenvorauszahlung).
Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist 1 Minute entfernt (direkt am Rannischen Platz). Im Haus wohnen Studenten und junge Berufstätige - alles sehr nette und angenehme Nachbarn.
Die meisten fahren mit dem Fahrrad zum Heide-Campus (17 minuten), an der Saale entlang ist es nicht weit.
Es gibt auch einen abschließbaren Innenhof, in dem Sie einen Fahrrad abstellen können.
Deutsch:
Die Lage ist schön – ruhige, entspannte Straßen, und ein Knotenpunkt der Straßenbahnen 1, 3, 8 und 16 befindet sich ganz in der Nähe, auf dem Rannischerplatz. Außerdem kann man in etwa 8 Minuten zu Fuß zum Frankeplatz gelangen und dort die Straßenbahnen 4, 9 und 7 nehmen.
Es gibt mehrere Supermärkte in der Nähe, eine Apotheke und eine große Sparkasse-Filiale sowie eine Postfiliale die Straße runter. Falls du Student*in an der MLU bist, gibt es eine Bibliothek in der Nähe, in der du lernen kannst :)

The location is nice - calm, quiet streets and a connection point of trams 1,3,8,16 is right nearby - on Rannischerplatz. You can also walk to Frankeplatz in around 8 minutes and also catch trams 4,9 and 7.
There are several grocery shops nearby, apotheke and a big Sparkasse filiale, as well as post office down the street. If you are an MLU student, there is a library nearby to study in :)

Wir sind drei Frauen, die in einer WG leben: Anna (zieht aus), Anja und Nora. Wir sind freundlich und ruhig, aber haben nichts gegen Gäste und Partys. Die Hauptsprache in der WG ist Englisch, aber Anja spricht fließend Deutsch (sowie Spanisch) und Anna und Nora können auch gut auf Deutsch kommunizieren. Wir sind alle Studierende, aber wir schränken unsere Mitbewohner nicht nur auf Studierende ein, jeder ist willkommen! Wir halten unsere WG sauber, indem wir uns einmal die Woche abwechseln mit dem Putzen, aber es ist nicht streng geregelt und wir können natürlich tauschen, wenn etwas dazwischen kommt. Schreibt uns gerne, wir sind freundlich und offen!

We are three girls living in a WG: Anna (moving out), Anja and Nora. We are friendly and quiet, but are not against some guests and parties. The primary language spoken in the WG is English, but Anja speaks German fluently (as well as Spanish) and Anna and Nora can also communicate in German well. We are all students, but we do not limit our flatmates to only students, so everyone is welcome! We keep our WG clean by taking turns cleaning up once a weak, but it is not strict and we can switch if something comes up of course. Feel free to write us, we are friendly and open!
Der Schreibtisch, der Sessel und der Schreibtstuhl bleiben ohne zusätzliche Kosten im Zimmer (und auch eine Matratze, wenn du möchtest). Es gibt auch zwei größere Schränke und einen kleinen Schrank im Zimmer (leider habe ich es nicht geschafft, ein Foto zu machen, auf dem alles sichtbar ist, tut mir leid, haha, aber die Schränke sind da!).
The desk, armchair and desk chair will remain in the room with no additional payments (and a matress too if you wish). There are also two bigger cupboards and one small one in the room (unfortunately I didn't manage to take a picture so that everything is visible sorry haha but the cupboards are there!)
