Gemütliches Zimmer in fröhlicher Wg zur Zwischenmiete

Die Wohnung liegt in der wenig befahrenen Rudolf-Haym-Straße, ca. 5 Minuten vom Rannischen Platz entfernt. Von dort hat man Anschluss an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel zum Marktplatz, Uni und Co. Auch zum Bahnhof braucht man zu Fuß nur 20 Minuten, verschwitzt in 15. Wir sind passionierte Radfahrer:innen und finden alle Wege sehr machbar.
Die nächst gelegenen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind Edeka und Penny (fußläufig je 10 Minuten entfernt), der beste Eisladen der Stadt ist gleich um die Ecke, Rabeninsel, Kanal und Schrebergarten laden zum Sonntagsspaziergang und Badevergnügen ein.

The apartment is located in the quiet Rudolf-Haym-Straße, about 5 minutes from Rannischer Platz. From there you have access to public transportation to the market square, university, etc. You can also walk to the train station in just 20 minutes, or 15 minutes in a sweat. We are passionate cyclists and find all routes very feasible.
The nearest shops are Edeka and Penny (both within 10 minutes' walk), the best ice cream store in town is just around the corner, and Rabeninsel, the canal and other nature places are perfect for a Sunday stroll and a swim.

Deine Mitbewohnerinnen sind Flora, Judith und Jonas:

Flora ist energiegeladen und gern unterwegs - oder vergisst die Zeit bei einem Gespräch am Küchentisch oder in irgendeinem Rabbit-Hole. Sie arbeitet momentan zweigleisig als Product-Ownerin für eine NGO und als Freiberufliche UI-Designerin. Trotzdem findet sie noch Zeit für Bouldern, Freundinnen oder Fahrradausflüge.

Für Waffelfrühstücke am Samstag ist Judith verantwortlich. Sie verbringt gerne Zeit in der Küche, egal ob quatschend, spielend oder kochend. Dabei erzählt sie dann auch mal von den Höhen und Tiefen als Schulsozialarbeiterin an einer Grundschule in Halle. Manchmal zieht sie sich aber auch in ihr eigenes Chaos zurück und schaut die 112. Staffel von Drag-Race ;).

Jonas ist unser Vogelkundler. Weiß er selbst nicht weiter, zückt er eine flotte App, die uns Auskunft geben kann. Jonas arbeitet im Homeoffice bei einer IT-Firma und flitzt für die auch immer wieder durch ganz Deutschland für Außentermine. Manchmal lädt er uns zu Auftritten seiner Improtheater-Gruppe ein, was uns schon sehr lustige Momente und überraschende Enthüllungen beschert hat.

Ich (Emilia) bin diejenige, die dir das Zimmer untervermietet. Mir ist ein familiäres, gemütliches Leben total wichtig und Eigenverantwortlichkeit bei Carearbeit. Die Wg ist für uns alle sehr wichtig und lieb, deswegen freuen wir uns, wenn du dich in der Zeit hier auch so richtig zuhause fühlen kannst.😊

Ein ungezwungenes Gemeinschaftsleben, das Raum für die Einzelnen lässt, aber ein Wir-Gefühl schafft, ist uns allen sehr wichtig. Wir sind, wie wir sind und laden dich ein so zu sein, wie du bist.
Nicht selten besuchen wir gemeinsam kulturelle oder politische Veranstaltungen, machen lange Spaziergänge oder essen ein spontanes Eis. Wir treffen wir uns immer wieder zum Kochen und zu ausgiebigen Frühstücken. Unser großes Wohnzimmer ist ein gemütlicher Ort zum Abhängen, Spiele spielen oder gemeinsamem Singen. Hin und wieder lädt es auch Freunde der WG zum Übernachten ein.

Uns ist Nachhaltigkeit sehr wichtig. Wir versuchen, so umweltfreundlich wie möglich unseren Alltag zu gestalten. Zum Beispiel investieren gemeinschaftlich in eine SoLaWi-Kiste, die uns mit saisonalem und regionalem Gemüse erfreut. Es wäre schön, wenn du diese Werte mit uns teilst.

Your flatmates are Emilia, Judith and Jonas:

Flora is full of energy and loves loves to be out and about - or forgetting the time while chatting at the kitchen table or getting lost in some Rabbit Hole. She currently works two jobs: as a product owner for an NGO and as a freelance UI designer. She still finds time for bouldering, friends and bike rides.

Judith is responsible for waffle breakfasts on Saturdays. She enjoys spending time in the kitchen, whether chatting, playing or cooking. At times she also tells us stories about the highs and lows of being a school social worker at a primary school in Halle. Sometimes she also retreats into her own chaos and watches the 112th season of Drag Race ;).

Jonas is our ornithologist. If he doesn't know, he pulls out a nifty app that can give us information. Jonas works from home for an IT company and travels all over Germany for external appointments. Sometimes he invites us to performances by his improvisational theater group, which has already provided us with some very funny moments and surprising revelations.

I (Emilia) am the one subletting the room to you. It's really important to me to have a cozy, familiar life and that everyone feels equally responsible for care work. Our shared (flat-)lives are very dear to all of us, so we would be delighted if you could really feel at home during your time here.

An informal community life that leaves room for individuals but creates a sense of togetherness is very important to us all. We are who we are and invite you to be who you are.
We often attend cultural or political events together, go for long walks or eat a spontaneous ice cream. We meet up to cook and have long breakfasts. Our large living room is a cozy place to hang out, play games or sing together. From time to time, we also invite friends to stay there overnight.

Sustainability is very important to us. We try to make our everyday life as environmentally friendly as possible. For example, we jointly invest in a vegetable box, which provides us with seasonal and regional vegetables. It would be great if you could share these values with us.
