This room is large and comes with an enclosed balcony. The view from the balcony is fantastic, directly facing a church. Its location is excellent—you can see the tram timetable on the platform from the balcony, allowing you to plan your departure with ease. The only drawback is: Sometimes, such as during Christmas, a tiny amusement park is temporarily set up across the street, but it only operates from 11 PM to 9 PM, so you don't need to worry about your sleep being disturbed. Besides, the room can be rented with or without furniture.
The apartment is located in the center of the city center, 10 sec away from the bus stop, 1 min away from REWE and EDEKA. The university can be reached in 15 min by tram and 10 min by bike. You can reach main train station in 15 min. You can get anywhere from there, and I promise you won't find an apartment with a better location than this one.
Your three roommates, two males and one female, are all students in Halle. The two males are from Morocco and are friends with each other. The female roommate is from India and is a vegetarian. All three of them often cook. Our lives are relatively independent, and we try not to disturb one another. If anyone encounters difficulties, they are all willing to lend a hand.
I am taking responsibility of some contracts, including Internet, Electricity, and Radio. If you want to rent, I need to take responsibility of these. You will pay the total cost first, then the roommate will transfer their part to you. If you have any questions about the apartment just write to me.
