After the kitchen, at the end of the corridor, is a charming, cozy room. The window is rather large and offers a wonderful view of the backyard's greenery. While the furniture situation is currently uncertain due to the previous tenant's ongoing accommodation arrangements, we'll keep you informed about any updates. There is a lot of opportunity to give the space your own personality.
The Markplatz is a 15 minute walk. The nearest tram stop i.e. Glauchaer Platz is just 5 minutes away. The Bahnhof is three tram stops away. There are two grocery Rewe stores on either side at 500m distance. There's a riverside and forest trail on the further backside of the street a few metres away, as well as the Saline Uni Gym is quite close. The location is quite central.
We're searching for a flatmate who appreciates both personal space and a sense of connection. The language at home is English. While we value having our own space and way of life, we also appreciate some integration and connection to make our home comfortable.
Over the past year and a half, we've built a warm, friendly atmosphere, sharing our cultural experiences, friend groups, and even traveling together. We have a weekly cleaning schedule and value basic decency, good humor, and effective communication.
