Es ist hell, gemütlich und sauber, mit eigenem Zugang zur Loggia bzw. zum Balkon.
Der Gemeinschaftsraum umfasst eine geräumige Wohnküche, die mit einer Waschmaschine ausgestattet ist, welche von Freitag bis Sonntag mitbenutzt werden kann. Das Mitbringen eigener Möbel ist nicht erwünscht.
The room has a king-size bed, two wardrobes, a coat rack, a side table, two small lamps, a chair, a desk, curtains, and two bedding sets and towels. It is bright, cozy, and clean, with access to the loggia/balcony.
The shared living space includes a spacious kitchen equipped with a washing machine, which can be used from Friday to Sunday. Bringing your furniture is not desired.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr zentralen Lage, direkt im Herzen der Altona-Altstadt. Hier ist es überwiegend ruhig, nur am Wochenende kann es etwas lebhafter werden.
Zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind direkt vor der Haustür zu finden, darunter Edeka, Aldi, Netto, verschiedene Bioläden und auch Ikea.
Die Verkehrsanbindung ist hervorragend: Die S-Bahn-Stationen Königstraße und Altona sind in etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
The apartment is in a very central area, right in the heart of Altona-Altstadt.
It is generally quiet here, although it can get a bit livelier on weekends.
Numerous shopping options are right outside your door, including Edeka, Aldi, Netto, various organic stores, and even Ikea.
Public transportation is excellent, with the Königstraße and Altona S-Bahn stations just a 5-minute walk away.
Sehr großen Wert legen wir auf: RUHE, SAUBERKEIT sowie KOMMUNIKATION.
Als Berufstätige wünschen wir uns jemanden, der/die das Leben, ruhig und entspannt angehen lässt.
Wir sind keine Party-WG oder Hotel für ein ständiges Ein- und Ausgehen ständig wechselnder Gäste (*WG-Erfahrung).
Für'n Schnack, Weinchen oder Essen/Kochen etc. sind wir immer offen.
Unser WG-Putzplan: Reinigen (Aufgabenteilung) der Wohnung 1x Woche.
