We are Sara and Jürgen.
We won’t be in Hamburg in January and are renting out our fully furnished apartment.
One room is already rented to a 21-year-old medical student, but the guest room has recently become available again.
The apartment is quite spacious. It includes a living room with a balcony offering a view of the Elbe, a large kitchen, and, of course, a bathroom with a window.
The apartment is fully equipped (washing machine, kitchen utensils, etc.) and is just a 3-minute walk from the Königsstraße S-Bahn station. It’s a 12-minute train ride to the main station. The street is very quiet due to its cul-de-sac location, and there’s plenty of parking available. The Reeperbahn is a 10-minute walk away, and the Elbe is just 1 minute away. :)
We like to keep our home very clean and tidy.
