Hello! My name is Murilo Matos and I am subletting my room (2er WG) from March 1 to August 30.
The monthly rate is €650, inclusive of all utilities (electricity, internet, and gas). The room is equipped with a double bed, bedside table, mirror, wardrobe, study table and chair, small dining table and chair, and clothes rack.
The apartment is fully furnished with all necessary kitchen items, including plates, cups, mugs, a kettle, a toaster, pans, a mixer, a small fridge, and cleaning supplies.

The building features a terrace, two open kitchens (ideal for cooking, dining, and socializing), and a laundry room (3€ per cycle).

The area is well-served by various amenities, including supermarkets, bakeries, drugstores, restaurants, IKEA, and clothing stores.The neighborhood is characterized by its tranquility and security.
My current roommate is a girl from the Philippines, and she is working at the office from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. We mostly interact during the weekends. She is very nice and friendly, and she is the cutest person ever.
