The room is 14 m², has a slanted ceiling, and a window. Even though it is in the attic, the apartment does not get too warm because it has two floors and an open living room upstairs. The room faces Königstraße, which has only one lane since last year.
I want to leave the white wardrobe in the apartment for a small price, but the room is empty otherwise.
The apartment is close to Altonaer Balkon and Ottensen. The S-Bahn is a 7-minute walk, and the bus stop is 3 minutes away.
Supermarkets are about 10 minutes away on foot. You can find Edeka, Rewe, Budni, Aldi, Lidl, DM, Alnatura, and Denns nearby.
From the living room, you can see Altona’s town hall, and in the distance, you can see a bit of the harbor.
Alexis and Kristina live here. I am moving out after four years to live with my boyfriend.
At home, we speak English. You do not need perfect English, just be open to speaking it. Alexis is learning German, so we help each other – we practice French, and he practices German. Sometimes it works well, sometimes not 😄😊.
This is not just a shared apartment for sleeping. We like to talk in the kitchen. Alexis and Kristina sometimes do things together, but we do not have planned flatshare nights.
Kristina is a biologist and is looking for a job. She loves plants, plays Roundnet, and likes sports. Alexis works in finance at Airbus, makes very good quiche and crêpes, and also likes sports. He plays football and recently finished the Paris Half Marathon. You can talk with both of them about anything – small talk or deep conversations.
We already have a new apartment, so you should move in by April 15. If you want to move in earlier, that is okay.
A few weeks ago, we bought a new couch for the kitchen. You would need to pay a small price for it, but it is less than 50 €. The rent includes everything except the GEZ fee, which goes to Alexis.
