Wir haben ein großes Wohnzimmer, verschiedene Schreibtische und relativ schnelles Internet sodass sich die Wohnung auch gut für Homeoffice eignet. Der Preis liegt bei 800€ und beinhaltet alle Nebenkosten (Gas, Wasser, Elektrizität, TV, Internet etc…)

🇬🇧 Hello, A room is getting available in our 3-person shared apartment, the room is about 18 m2 in size and fully furnished. The kitchen, bathroom and living room are also fully equipped. We have a large living room, various desks and relatively fast internet, so the apartment is also suitable for home office. The price is €800 and includes all additional costs (gas, water, electricity, TV, internet etc…)
🇩🇪 Die Wohnung liegt in der Eimsbütteler Straße in der Nähe der Sternschanze. Auch wenn es nur 2 min zu Fuß zum Schulterblatt sind befinden wir uns in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße. Des weiteren sind es 2 min zu Fuß zum ÖPNV, 8 min zu Fuß zur S Bahn Sternschanze und 15min mit der S-Bahn bis zum Hauptbahnhof. In der Umgebung befinden sich zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Restaurants und Bars.

🇬🇧 The apartment is on Eimsbütteler Straße near the Sternschanze. Even though it's only a 2-minute walk to the "Schulterblatt" (the main restaurant and bar area of the neigbourhood) we are in a quiet side street. Furthermore, it is a 2-minute walk to public transport, an 8-minute walk to the Sternschanze S-Bahn train station and 15-minute drive to the main central train station.
🇩🇪 Wir wohnen zur Zeit zu dritt in der Wohnung (Steffen, Andrea & ich). Ich bin vom 20.12.24-30.04.25 im Ausland und vermiete mein Zimmer unter. Es besteht zudem die Möglichkeit dass ich meinen Auslandsaufenthalt verlängere. Wir arbeiten alle Vollzeit. Wir verbringen gerne ein paar Abende in der Woche damit, gemeinsam etwas zu unternehmen (Kochen, Ausgehen, Sport treiben, etc...), verbringen aber auch gerne einen ruhigen Abend alleine.

🇬🇧 We are currently three people in the apartment (Steffen, Andrea, and I). I'll be abroad from 20.12.2024 to 30.04.2025 and will be subletting my room during that time. It might extend my stay abroad so the end date is flexible. We all work full-time. We enjoy spending a few evenings a week together, doing things like cooking, going out, or playing sports, but we also appreciate quiet evenings alone."
