Es sind zwei Zimmer in dieser WG verfügbar, beide ab dem 1. Mai frei. Dieser Beitrag bezieht sich nur auf das erste Zimmer. Für das zweite Zimmer besuche bitte mein Profil oder suche auf der Website mit dem gleichen ersten Teil des Titels.
Dieses Zimmer wird beim Einzug unmöbliert sein. Es wird komplett leer sein.
Das Zimmer befindet sich auf der Seite des Gebäudes, die zur Hauptstraße zeigt. Daher kann es manchmal etwas laut sein, aber die Fensterisolierung ist sehr gut und wir hatten nie Probleme mit dem Lärm. Da es zur Hauptstraße zeigt, ist es außerdem den ganzen Tag über sonnig – von Sonnenaufgang bis Sonnenuntergang. Das Zimmer ist etwa 16 Quadratmeter groß.
Die Wohnung verfügt über einen großen, kürzlich gebauten Balkon zum Innenhof, außerdem über einen Fahrradkeller und einen privaten Abstellraum auf dem Dachboden. Wir haben eine relativ neue Waschmaschine und ein brandneues Herd-Backofen-Gerät. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, inklusive Mikrowelle. Die Nachbarn sind sehr freundlich und verständnisvoll.

There are two rooms available in this WG, both free after 1st of May. This post is only for the first room. For the second room, please visit my profile or make a search in the website by putting the same first part of the title.
This room will not be furnished at the time you move in. It will be completely empty.
The room is located on the side of the building that faces the main street. Therefore the room can be a bit noisy at times, but the window insulation is very good and we never had any problems with the noise. But also, since it faces the main street, it is always sunny from sunrise until the sunset. The room is around 16 square meters.
The apartment has a large and recently built balcony facing the courtyard, also a bicycle cellar, and a private storage room in the attic. We have a rather new washing machine and a brand new stove top oven unit. Kitchen is fully equipped including a microwave. Neighbors are very friendly and understanding.

Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt in der Stresemannstraße im 1. Stock.
Zwei Bushaltestellen (bzw. vier, wenn man die gegenüberliegende Richtung mitzählt) sind nur 2 Minuten von der Haustür entfernt. Die S-Bahn-Station Holstenstraße ist in etwa 6 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Mehr als fünf Buslinien (Linien 3, 20, 25, 180, 183 und weitere) fahren direkt vor der Haustür, und die S-Bahn ist ebenfalls schnell zu erreichen.
Die Lage bietet außerdem viele weitere Vorteile:
- REWE (geöffnet bis 23 Uhr!) und DM sind quasi direkt nebenan – nur 1 Minute zu Fuß.
- Die beliebtesten Bars und Restaurants in Sternschanze, Ottensen und an der Osterstraße sind in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar – oder noch schneller mit dem Bus.
- McFit und andere alternative Fitnessstudios sind ebenfalls ca. 15 Gehminuten entfernt.
- Zwei Kioske befinden sich direkt um die Ecke.
- Eine DHL-Filiale mit Packstation ist in 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Insgesamt ist die Lage dieser WG wirklich einzigartig und nur schwer irgendwo anders zu finden.

The apartment is located directly on Stresemannstrasse 1st floor.
There are 2 bus stops (or 4 if you count the ones in the opposite direction) directly 2 minutes away from the front door of the apartment. Also S Bahn Holstenstrasse is a 6 minute walk. You have more than 5 bus lines (Line 3, 20, 25, 180, 183 and others) directly on your doorstep and the S Bahn lines only 6 minutes away.
There are also other advantages of the location:
REWE (Open until 11PM!) and DM are basically almost downstairs, next apartment (1 min walk)
All your favorite bars and restaurants in Sternschanze, Ottensen and Osterstrasse are 15 minutes walk away (or even faster with the bus)
McFit and and alternative GYMs 15 minutes by walk again
2 Kiosks that are again, almost by your door.
DHL is 3 minutes walking (has a packstation as well)
Overall, the location of this flatshare is one of a kind and very hard to find anywhere else.

Moin von der Stresemannstraße,
Zwei Mitbewohner*innen ziehen bald aus, daher werden zwei Zimmer in unserer 3er-WG frei!
Jacob ist 25, arbeitet als Englischlehrer und schaut gerne Fußball im Pub. Er spricht fließend Englisch und Deutsch.
Wir verbringen gerne Zeit miteinander, wenn jemand in der Küche kocht – sei es bei einem Plausch, einem Bier oder zwei – und leben ein harmonisches WG-Leben. Manchmal gehen wir auch gemeinsam etwas trinken, wenn wir alle Zeit haben. An anderen Tagen kochen wir zusammen, feiern besondere Anlässe oder laden Freunde ein. Insgesamt ist es hier ziemlich entspannt.
Die Wohnung ist nicht besonders groß und deshalb – so sehr wir Tiere auch mögen – leider nicht tierfreundlich.

Two flatmates are moving out soon, so two rooms in our 3-person WG is free!
Jacob is 25, works as an English teacher, likes to watch soccer in the pub. He speaks both English and German fluently.
We like to spend time together when one of us is cooking in the kitchen, have a chat, a beer or two and live a harmonic flat share experience. Sometimes we like to go outside for drinks as well, when we are all free. Or some other days we cook together, celebrate special days and have friends over. Overall I would say it is quite chill.
The apartment is not very large and therefore even though how much we love them, not pet friendly.
