The room is 22m2 fully furnished with: bed and good quality mattress, working desk with chair, couch with coffee table, wardrobe with drawers, curtains and other.
The flat is 72m2 in size. The flat is fully furnished, and the living room has a dining table, a big couch, and a 50-inch television and other. The living room has a nice balcony, and smoking is allowed on the balcony.The kitchen has all the utilities someone needs for cooking and eating. It's also equipped with washing machine and dish washer. All furniture is about 2.5 years only.
There is no basement, but there is a small storage room (Abstellraum) that could fit small items if necessary.
The flat is very close to Barmbek Hbf, about 2 to 3min walk. Multible suppermarkets all around. Multible very good cafes and restaurants all around. Very close, affordable gym (Basic Fit). Feel free to check all the wonderful things all around on Google maps.
You will be sharing the room with me, I'm Ahmed, a Syrian expat, 40 years old. I have lived in multiple countries like Japan, the UK, the Netherlands, and others. I speak excellent Arabic and English, and speak some German and Japanese. I'm a very respectful, quiet, organised, and clean person. I work in the offshore wind energy sector in a well-known international engineering consultancy. I go to the gym on a regular basis and like playing board games and watching movies. The rent is "Untermiete" type contract with fixed duration, and no cancellation is possible during the renting period by either side. The rent duration is 6 months, but shorter periods are possible but no less than 3 months. Address registration is possible.
The total final rent of 755 EUR includes all costs: heating, water, electricity, and the Internet.
The renting period is 6 months, starting from 1st of February 2025; but you can also start renting the apartment from 15th January 2025 if needed. Shorter renting period is possible but no less than 3 months.
