Die schöne Altbau-Wohnung ist ca. 70m2 groß und besteht aus 3 Zimmern, gemütlicher Küche, Bad mit einer Badewanne, einem separaten WC und einem Balkon. Die Wohnung sowie das Zimmer haben Holzdielen.
Das Zimmer ist ca 15m2 groß und wurde vor kurzen restauriert. Das Zimmer wird leer/unmöbliert vermietet.

We are looking for a new roommate!
The beautiful old building apartment is approx. 70m2 and consists of 3 rooms, a cozy kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub, a separate toilet and a balcony. The apartment and the room have wooden floorboards.
The room is approx. 15m2 and was recently renovated. The room is unfurnished.
Top Lage! Zwischen Schanze und Eimsbüttel gelegen bietet die Umgebung zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Lidl, Penny, Aldi, Edeka, Rewe, einen Denns Biomarkt und einen Budnikowsky. Außerdem sind in näherer Umgebung 3-4 Gemüsehändler. Die Straße sowie das Viertel bieten zahlreiche Bars, Restaurants und kleine Geschäfte. Die U-Bahnstation Christuskirche (U2) ist in 4 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die S-Bahnstation Sternschanze in 10 Min. Und sowieso erreichst du die meisten Dinge mit dem Fahrrad.
Great location! Located between Schanze and Eimsbüttel, the surrounding area offers numerous stores such as Lidl, Penny, Aldi, Edeka, Rewe, Denns and Budnikowsky. There are also 3-4 fruit and vegetable markets nearby. The street and the neighborhood offer numerous bars, restaurants and small stores. The subway station Christuskirche (U2) is a 4-minute walk away. The Sternschanze S-Bahn station is 10 minutes away. And you can reach most things by bike anyway.
Du würdest mit Julia (30 Jahre) und mit Hadley (24 Jahre) zusammen wohnen. Julia arbeitet als Lehrerin und ist in im Referendariat. Hadley arbeitet vollzeit in der Werbebranche. Da wir beide Vollzeit beschäftigt sind, ist es uns wichtig, dass du auch in einem ähnlichen Rhythmus lebst. Gemeinsam wird ab und zu mal gekocht oder bei tollen Wetter ein Drink auf dem Balkon genossen. Wir vebringen beide gerne Zeit miteinander aber genießen auch unsere Zeit alleine. Ein ordentliches Zusammenleben ist uns sehr wichtig.
You would be living with Julia (30) and Hadley (24). Julia works as a teacher and is doing her “Referendariat”. Hadley works full-time in the advertising industry. As we both work full-time, it's important to us that you live in a similar rhythm. We sometimes cook together from or enjoy a drink on the balcony when the weather is nice. We both like to spend time together but also enjoy our time alone. A clean and organized apartment is very important to us.
