Der Großteil der 80 Quadratmeter (ungefähr 45 Quadratmeter) ist Gemeinschaftsfläche die frei genutzt werden kann. Hier stehen alle notwendigen Utensilien zur Verfügung. Die großzügige Gemeinschaftsfläche bietet viel Raum für ein entspanntes Zusammenleben und gemeinsame Aktivitäten und auch Besuch ist herzlich willkommen.

The 12 m2 room is rented fully furnished and is therefore perfect for short-term stays. The majority of the 80 square meters (approximately 45 square meters) is communal space that can be used freely. All the necessary utensils are available here. The spacious communal area offers plenty of room for relaxed communal living and shared activities, and visitors are also very welcome.
Die Wohnung ist trotz ihrer Nähe zum Kiez, der Schanze und Ottensen sehr ruhig gelegen, sodass du nach einem langen Tag in der Stadt einen friedlichen Rückzugsort hast.
In unmittelbarer Nähe findest du eine Vielzahl von Geschäften und Dienstleistungen, die deinen Alltag erleichtern. Die Umgebung bietet eine Vielzahl von Restaurants, Cafés, Bars, Restaurants oder Supermärkten. Alles, was du brauchst, ist direkt vor deiner Haustür. Sogar der IKEA ist lediglich 2 Minuten entfernt und auch am Sonntag kann im LIDL Altona Bahnhof eingekauft werden.
Die öffentlichen Verkehrsanbindungen sind hervorragend. Zur S-Bahn Station Königsstraße sind es 2 Minuten, zum Altona Bahnhof 5 Minuten. Bushaltestellen sind an der Großen Bergstraße und der Mörkenstraße zu finden.

In the immediate vicinity you will find a variety of stores and services to make your everyday life easier. The surrounding area offers a variety of restaurants, cafés, bars, restaurants or supermarkets. Everything you need is right on your doorstep. Even IKEA is just 2 minutes away and you can shop at LIDL Altona Bahnhof on Sundays.
The public transport connections are excellent. It is 2 minutes to the Königsstraße S-Bahn station and 5 minutes to Altona Bahnhof. There are bus stops on Große Bergstraße and Mörkenstraße.
Ich habe seit über 10 Jahren in WGs (mit bis zu 7 Mitbewohner*innen) gelebt und würde mich entsprechend als erfahren und umgänglich beschreiben. Ich bin gesellig, in der Regel immer zu haben für nette Gespräche, Kochabende oder Serien/ Filme und auch Bruch am Wochenende ist gerne gesehen. Unter der Woche bin ich in der Regel im Büro - arbeite aber auch gelegentlich aus dem Home Office. Nach Feierabend bin ich zudem häufig unterwegs - unter anderem mit Freund*innen & Kolleg*innen oder beim Sport (Fitnessstudio & Hobby-Kicken).

I have lived in shared flats (with up to 7 flatmates) for over 10 years and would describe myself as experienced. I am sociable, usually always available for nice conversations, cooking evenings or series/movies and also break on the weekend is welcome. During the week I am usually in the office - but I also occasionally work from home. After work, I'm also often out and about - with friends and colleagues or playing sports (gym and amateur soccer).
Das Zimmer ist aufgrund einer Trennung frei geworden. Da die Miete allein sehr hoch ist und ich gerne in Gesellschaft lebe, biete ich das Zimmer zur Untermiete an. Mittelfristig würde ich die Wohnung jedoch gegen eine kleinere Wohnung tauschen. Entsprechend ist das Zimmer nur Temporär verfügbar. Da prinzipiell nichts mitgebracht werden muss, biete ich das Zimmer auch für kurzzeitmieten an. Grundsätzlich ist es aber auch möglich länger zu bleiben, wenn es passt.
