There are two rooms which I want to find an apartment mate for.

One of the room faces the Backyard and is very sunny and quite. There is a bed with mattress as well as an open wardrobe. In some later stages I am planning to buy a writing table as well as a small sofa for the room. The rent will be 690 including all and everything.

The other room faces the roadside and with closed windows it is also very quite and calm. There is a bed with mattress as well as a small wardrobe. Writing table, sofa as well will be bought in some later stages. The rent for this room will be 650 including everything and all.

If you want to bring some of your own stuff you are more than welcome to.

The apartment is very centrally located. The supermarkets are 5 minutes by walk.

There are a lot of cafes as well as local markets within 0,5 km.

There is a bus stop 1 minutes away from the apartment which takes you to Bf. Altona in 11 minutes.

AK Altona is 5 minutes by walk.

I work full time and mostly am in the office. I cook a couple of time in the week. On the weekends I usually visit some flohmarkts, pr any local festivals.

I like to keep my surroundings clean and tidy. I do not like clusters or messes. I would like to live with someone who also shares the same thoughts. Respect is very important.

We can enjoy some exchanges over coffee, beer or good food. Also if you want to keep your own aura that can be respected.

I unfortunately do not have any pictures at the moment. I will try to upload some pictures over the weekend.
