Das Zimmer ist 14m² groß, Richtung Innenhof gelegen und somit das ruhigste Zimmer in der Wohnung. Im Innenhof stehen einige Bäume und somit sind eigentlich immer einige Vögel und Eichhörnchen zu beobachten :)
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Stock und wurde vor wenigen Jahren komplett renoviert, die alten, schönen Holzdielen sind aber geblieben.
On Top hat die Wohnung noch zwei kleine Balkone, die wir angefangen haben zu begrünen.
Wir haben ein gemeinsam genutztes Wohnzimmer, einen Abstellraum und zusätzlich noch einen kleinen Raum für die Waschmaschine / Reinigungszeugs.

The room is 14m², located towards the courtyard and thus the quietest room in the apartment. In the courtyard are some trees and thus are actually always some birds and squirrels to watch :)
The apartment is on the 2nd floor and was completely renovated a few years ago, but the old, beautiful wooden floorboards have remained.
On top the apartment has two small balconies, which we have started to green.
We have a shared living room, a storage room and additionally a small room for the washing machine / cleaning stuff.
Super zentral, direkt am Holstenplatz. (wurde vor kurzem umgebaut und ist jetzt deutlich ruhiger und angenehmer)
Öffis inkl. S-Bahn in 1 min zu erreichen.
Keine 10 minuten zu Fuß zur Schanze und auch sonst alles in direkter Umgebung: Supermärkte, Budni, Kiosk, Restaurants, Friseur, Biomarkt, etc.

Super central, directly at Holstenplatz. Public transport incl. S-Bahn in 1 min to reach.
No 10 minutes walk to the Schanze and everything else in the immediate vicinity: supermarkets, Budni, kiosk, restaurants, hairdresser, organic market, etc..
wir suchen eine Zwischenmiete für zwei Monate.
Zu uns:
Nelson (31) ist eine Art Berater, viel draußen, sehr unternehmungslustig und allgemein vielseitig interessiert. Er ist für jeden Spaß zu haben, regelmäßig sportlich aktiv, probiert sich seit einigen Jahren in der analogen Fotografie und ist seit kurzem auch in der digitalen Fotografie unterwegs. Er versorgt die WG mit leckerem Kaffee (falls du Kaffee magst wirst du definitiv einen Kurs bekommen um die Siebträgermaschine zu benutzen :)) und ist auch sonst ein Genießer.
Fabi (24) ist ein Umweltingenieur. Er ist auch für jeden Spaß zu haben. Er ist sehr gerne draußen in der Natur unterwegs beim Wandern, Skifahren oder anderen Aktivitäten. Sonst spielt er gerne Fußball oder ist auch manchmal in Techno Clubs vorzufinden. Außerdem isst er sehr gerne.
Das WG Leben bisher:
Es ist regelmäßig Besuch da, der sich in der Regel auch immer sehr wohl fühlt :)
Allgemein sind wir sehr entspannt unterwegs.
Sonst ist Nelson immer mal wieder für Wochenenden bei seiner Familie in der Heimat.

we are looking for an interim tenancy for two months.
About us:
Nelson (31) is kind of a consultant, outdoors a lot, very adventurous and generally interested in many things. He is up for any fun, regularly active in sports, has been trying his hand at analog photography for a few years now and has recently gotten into digital photography as well. He provides the WG with delicious coffee (if you like coffee you will definitely get a course to use the portafilter machine :)).
Fabi (24) is an environmental engineer. He is also up for any kind of fun. He loves being out in nature, hiking, skiing and other activities. He also likes to play soccer and can sometimes be found in techno clubs. He also loves to eat.
The WG life until now:
We like to cook together, watch documentaries, movies / series or just eat together and chat about anything.
There are regular visitors who usually always feel very comfortable :)
Otherwise, we both spend weekends with our families back home on a regular base.
