I am subletting my room in a 2-room shared apartment for one semester as I will be studying abroad. Suitable for students or young professionals (Internationals welcome!). The room is fully furnished with a loft bed (1.40 m), a wardrobe and a height-adjustable desk. The apartment itself is newly renovated. The bathroom and kitchen are fully equipped with a washing machine, robotic vacuum cleaner, coffee machine, dishes, and more.
Ruhige Lage in Hamburg-Hamm. Hauptbahnhof in etwa 15 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. Nächste U-Bahnhaltestelle Hammer Kirche in zehn Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Kostenlose Parkplätze vor der Tür.
Quiet and calm location in Hamburg-Hamm. The main train station can be reached in about 15 minutes by bike. The nearest subway station, Hammer Kirche, is a 10-minute walk away. Free parking spaces are available right outside.
Da ich für ein Semester Erasmus mache, wirst du mit meinem Mitbewohner Samuel zusammenwohnen. Er wohnt seit etwas mehr als einem halben Jahr in Hamburg und arbeitet in der Strom- und Energiebranche. Er ist super freundlich, aufgeschlossen und unkompliziert. Es wäre schön, wenn das keine Zweck-WG wird, sondern auch mal zusammen gekocht, gequatscht oder etwas unternommen wird. So ist das aktuell bei Samuel und mit der Fall. Einen Putzplan gibt es nicht, da wir sehr ordentlich und sauber sind und sich bisher alles von selbst regelt. Es wäre toll, wenn für dich Sauberkeit, Ordnung und ein pfleglicher Umgang mit allen Dingen in der Wohnung selbstverständlich sind.
Since I will be doing an Erasmus semester, you will be living with my flatmate Samuel. He has been living in Hamburg for six months and works in the electricity and energy sector. He is super friendly, openminded, and easygoing. It would be great if this wasn’t just a flatshare of convenience, but instead, you could cook, chat, or do something together from time to time. That’s how it currently is with Samuel and me.
There’s no cleaning schedule, as we are very tidy and clean, and everything has worked out naturally so far. It would be ideal if cleanliness, order, and taking good care of everything in the apartment come naturally to you as well.
