Centrally but quietly located in Hamm - 3 minutes walking distance to the Hammer Kirche subway station
(U2) - 10 min by U-bahn to the train station. Bäckerei, Budni in the same building! Rewe in 2 minutes from home! There are also cafés and various restaurants nearby. If you enjoy jogging or cycling, Hamm is one of the greenest districts of Hamburg (Hammer Park, Horner Geest, Horner Rennbahn, everything within walking distance), also with barbecue and picnic facilities.
You will be living with one flatmate with whom you share the common areas (kitchen and bathroom).
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, cooking utensils, microwave, kettle, etc.
Please note that it is a strictly non-smoking apartment.
Please also note that there is NO WASHING MACHINE in the apartment. You can find a laundry room at the basement with a cost of €2/4 per washing cycle. Alternatively, there is a cheaper launderette at a 10 min walking distance
