Das Zimmer ist schön hell und vollständig eingerichtet. Die Schränke räume ich dir gerne leer, damit du Platz für deine Sachen hast. Am Zimmer gibt es noch einen Balkon mit Nachmittagssonne.
Ansonsten besitzt die Wohnung: ein kleines Bad, eine mittelgroße Küche, Flur mit Garderobe. In der Küche ist ebenfalls alles da, was man im Alltag braucht (Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, etc.)
Leider läuft am 21.07. unser Internetvertrag aus. Das sollte ok für dich sein!

It's a bright room with all the furniture you can see in the photos. I will remove my stuff so you can put yours in (clothes etc.) There is also a balcony which is hit by the sun in the afternoon.
Other rooms of the apartement are: a small bathroom, a medium-small kitchen, a corridor with coatrack. There is all kind of stuff in the kitchen like microwave, freezer ...
Wifi will only be working in this place til 21.07. This should be ok for you in case you wanted to move in!
Wenige Gehminuten zur U-Bahn Station Rauhes Haus sowie in der anderen Richtung zum Hammer Park. So sind es weniger als 15 Minuten von der Haustür am Hauptbahnhof. An Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es Penny, Budni, Lidl (5 Minuten), Edeka und Rewe etwas weiter entfernt (10 Minuten). Das Viertel ist generell ruhig, grün, entspannt.
You can reach both the Hammer Park and the station Rauhes Haus by foot in a few minutes. Less than 15 Minutes from the apartements door to central station. There are different supermarkets around: Penny, Budni, Lidl (5 minutes), Edeke and Rewe (10 minutes). The neighbourhood is generally calm with a lot of plants here.
