in meiner 2er WG wird das 14 qm Zimmer in der ca. 58 qm Wohnung frei. Ein Einzug wäre zum 01.03.2024 möglich. Durch Fenster wirkt das Zimmer hell, groß und freundlich.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit einem höhenverstellbaren Schreibtisch, 2 verstellbaren Bürostühlen (wenn nur einer benötigt wird, dann stelle ich den anderen in den Keller), Papierkorb, Kommode, einem Einzelbett (das zum Doppelbett ausgeklappt werden kann) mit 2 großen Schubladen darunter, Sofa, Schrank und Garderobe.
In unserer Gegend gibt es nur wenige Fliegen, die nur im Sommer auftauchen, und da ich Fliegen überhaupt nicht mag, habe ich in allen Zimmern Moskitonetze installiert.
Neuer großer Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler, Kontaktgrill, Waschmaschine, etc.
Die Beleuchtung (Helligkeit, Sättigung, Ein/Aus, ...) in der Wohnung kann über die Smart Home App (sicherlich für iPhone und Android verfügbar) gesteuert werden.
ACHTUNG: Die Wohnungsbesichtigungstermine finden ab sofort statt.

In my 2-person flat share, the 14 square meter room in the approx. 58 square meter apartment becomes available. Moving in would be possible on March 1st, 2024. Through the window, the room appears bright, large and friendly.
The room is rented with a height-adjustable working desk, 2 adjustable office chairs(if 1 is only needed, then I will move the other one to cellar), paper bin, a chest of drawers, a single bed with 2 large drawers underneath (and it can be extended to double bed, if needed), sofa and 2 wardrobes.
There is little amount of flies in our area that appear only in summer and since I don't like flies at all, thus I installed mosquito nets in all rooms.
New large refrigerator, dishwasher, contact grill, washing machine, etc.
The lighting (brightness, saturation, on/off, ...) in the apartment can be controlled via the Smart Home App (certainly available for iPhone and Android).
ATTENTION: The apartment viewing appointments will take place from now on.
[DE] Zum S-Bahnhof Neugraben sind es nur ca. 5 Minuten. Es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, Edeka ist gleich gegenüber, Netto, Rossmann und andere sind ebenfalls in 5 Minuten erreichbar.

[DE] Ein wenig über mich: ich bin Shon, 26 Jahre, oll berufstätig, fahre gerne Rad, liebe Fußball, bin ein Stadt- so wie Naturmensch, offen für Aktivitäten und sowie für ruhige Abende. Ich lebe seit 7 Jahren in Hamburg.
Mir ist es wichtig, sich in der WG zu verstehen und direkt zu reden. Ein entspanntes, respektvolles Miteinander. Wenn es sich ergibt, finde ich es schön etwas zusammen zu machen. Wenn nicht, sollte es auch okay sein. Sauberkeit und Ordnung sollten für dich selbstverständlich sein.
[EN] A little about me: I'm Shon, 26 years old, full-time job, like cycling, love soccer, I'm a city and nature person, open to activities and quiet evenings. I have been living in Hamburg for 7 years.
It is important to me to understand each other in the flat share and to speak directly. A relaxed, respectful togetherness. If it comes up, I think it's nice to do something together. If not, that should be okay too. Cleanliness and order should be a matter of course for you.
