Die Wohnung liegt im 1. OG mit einem dazugehörigen großen Kellerraum für z.B. ein Fahrrad.
Die Wohnung besteht aus drei Zimmern und einer Wohnküche sowie einem kleinen entzückendem Badezimmer.
Ein Zimmer wird als Gemeinschaftsraum genutzt, zum Wäsche aufhängen, quatschen, Tee oder auch Kaffeetrinken aber natürlich auch zum lernen oder lesen. Ein Zimmer bewohnt Amy alleine und das andere Zimmer wäre dann für dich.
Dein Zimmer ist ca. 11qm groß und möbliert (Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch, Nachttisch).

The apartment is on the 1st floor with a large cellar room for a bicycle, for example.
The apartment consists of three rooms, a kitchen-living room and a charming little bathroom.
One room is used as a common room for hanging out laundry, chatting, drinking tea or coffee, but of course also for studying or reading. One room is for Amy alone and the other room is for you.
Your room is approx. 11 square meters in size and furnished (bed, wardrobe, desk, bedside table).
Die U-Bahn Station Baumwall ist fußläufig ca. 3 min entfernt. Die S-Bahn Station Stadthausbrücke liegt zu Fuß ca. 6 min entfernt.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung direkt neben der Michelwiese und nur 3 min zu Fuß vom lebendigen Portugiesenviertel und Baumwall entfernt. Es können lange Spaziergänge durch die Hafencity, Speicherstadt und auch zum Elbstrand gemacht werden.
Ein Rewe ist ca. in 5 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Dm, Edeka und weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ca. in 10 min zu Fuß zu erreichen.

The Baumwall subway station is approx. 3 minutes away on foot. The S-Bahn station Stadthausbrücke is approx. 6 minutes away by foot.
The apartment is located in a quiet area right next to the Michelwiese and only a 3-minute walk from the Portugiesenviertel and Baumwall. You can take long walks through the Hafencity, Speicherstadt and also to the Elbe beach.
A Rewe supermarket is a 5-minute walk away. Dm, Edeka and other shopping opportunities can be reached by foot in about 10 minutes.
Wir sind Amy und Pia und wohnen seit etwas über 3 Jahren gemeinsam in unserer geliebten 3-Zimmer Wohnung in der Neustadt.
Aktuell suchen wir eine Untermieterin für Pias Zimmer, da sie von 1. Januar - 30. Juli 2025 ein Auslandssemester machen wird.
Wir sind beide eher ruhige und offene Menschen, die gerne auch zusammen etwas unternehmen und legen sehr viel Wert auf Sauberkeit und eine angenehme Atmosphäre in der WG.
Wir suchen eine tolle neue Mitbewohnerin zwischen 20-28, die:
- Sauberkeit schätzt
- Katzen mag
- Freundlich ist
- keine Partys feiert (außer mit der WG abgesprochen)

We are Amy and Pia and have been living together in our beloved 3-room apartment in Neustadt for just over 3 years.
We are currently looking for a subtenant for Pia's room, as she will be spending a semester abroad from January 1 - July 30, 2025.
We are both rather quiet and open people who like to do things together and attach great importance to cleanliness and a pleasant atmosphere in the shared flat.
We are looking for a great new roommate between 20-28 who:
- appreciates cleanliness
- Likes cats
- is friendly
- does not party (unless agreed with the flatmates)
Amy hat einen Maine-Coon-Kater namens Winnie, der gerne in der Wohnung umherspaziert und sehr zutraulich und liebenswert ist. Natürlich würde er nicht in dein Zimmer gehen, wenn du das nicht möchtest (wofür du die Tür zu deinem Zimmer allerdings schließen müsstest :D).
Wir freuen uns, wenn wir jemand tolles für die 7 Monate finden würden.

Amy has a Maine Coon cat called Winnie who likes to walk around the apartment and is very trusting and lovable. Of course he wouldn't go into your room if you didn't want him to (although you would have to close the door to your room :D).
We would be happy to find someone great for the 7 months.
